I have been told by my bank that firefox wants their customers who are having a problem with the website when using firefox to contact firefox directly. How do I do that? I have wasted way too much time trying to find that contact information. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Greetings, Mozilla Community I'm contacting you to ask for help with a problem I'm having with Mozilla Firefox that comes up when I try to visit https://deraltersrechner.de/. It won't load, and I'm not sure if that's because of a bug in the website, a browser issue, or something else entirely.

Does anyone else have knowledge of this problem or recommendations for a fix? I've attempted removing addons and cleaning the cache in my browser, but the issue still exists.

I would be grateful for any advice or ideas on improving the usability of the website. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I was told my bank that there has been an issue with firefox since the last upgrade. I can sign into my account, but if I try to do anything or click on anything, the site locks up and I can not do anything except for sign out. They told me that it was on your end and that you needed customers to reach out. It's becoming frustrating that I can't use firefox for this application. I can get into my account and do what needs to be done with other browsers. What can you do on your end. The bank is Mission Federal Credit Union. Thank you! Trying to get to the "http://localhost:631" website from my Ubuntu 22.04, but always get "can not connect". What is going on? What do I need to do to fix this? I have tried to add this website to the exception list but it changes the http to https.

Recently, Chase seems to have disabled autocomplete on their login pages (www.chase.com and secure.chase.com). Saved usernames and passwords no longer auto-populate. Yet, Chrome and Edge have been unaffected. Can anyone at Mozilla address this?

Firefox Can’t Open This Page

To protect your security, vimeo.com will not allow Firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it. To see this page, you need to open it in a new window. Many websites show this. How to overcome this

For the past week, anything Google just refuses to load unless I clear my cache every few minutes. I open a new tab and type in a search and the tab does nothing. I try to open my gmail and the page won't load. And navigating the settings tab every few minutes is getting really annoying.

I cant log into x.com. Whether tracking is set to strict or not. I just get the same error. I have tried re-starting my browser and computer. I currently have it set to strict and have it turned off for this site. Why cant I go to this web site?

Some sites stopped opening, although in other browsers, and through the phone everything opens up. I've tried reinstalling the browser, disabling extensions, resetting DNS. It didn't help. A list of sites I'm having trouble with: https://www.deepl.com/ https://enka.network/ https://7tv.app/ https://hsr.hakush.in/ and some other sites that I can't remember right now. In Chrome he working. Sites like youtube twitch and other poplar working too, idk why firefox have problem, maybe its new update?

A white horizontal line in the top of the screen, whilst watching movies in tv5mondeplus.com. This issue happens when installed the recent update 129.0.

Tested in other browsers and doesn't appear the white horizontal line on top.

Every time I close Firefox and go on Youtube, I have to log in to my google account again just to watch something. It stays logged in while Firefox is open, but as soon as it closes it logs me out.

I'm using FireFox 129 64bit on Windows 10. I have Google set as my default search engine.

Lately, when I type search criteria into the address bar and press Enter, nothing happens. And if I then try to navigate to google.com at that time, it just doesn't load at all. This doesn't happen every time, but it has been happening often enough to be annoying. So I just load up Yahoo instead to conduct my search.

No other site has this problem.

Is this a problem with google.com itself, or with Firefox's handling of it?

The E*Trade analyst research tab does not display properly with text appearing over top of other text, strange numbers, and certain links inactivated. See attached example screenshots showing issues (yellow highlighting with Firefox) and proper display (green highlighting with Chrome). Thanks!

Since 129.01 i cannot play HD Videos on amazon any longer. This Problem happened alot over the years. It really goes on my nerve. The only reason i cannot get rid of spyware like chrome is because its the only method to watch amazon videos reliably. SD only works, Widevine also had an update yesterday, so maybe its part of the problem. Anyway, did a Firefox reset, testet on another windows machine. Does not work anymore. Please fix it.

Can Firefox please sort out why I get this message when i try to type or search firefox for proton.me my email service. The error code keeps comming up and I need to get pass it.

The error was Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to proton.me. The OCSP response is not yet valid (contains a date in the future). Error code: SEC_ERROR_OCSP_FUTURE_RESPONSE The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact the web site owners to inform them of this problem.

That is why I am contacting firefox help team. Please fix it. I am signed into firefox and still get that message.
