There is one particular website that I use quite frequently. Lately I haven't been able to log onto it without encountering a page verifying I am a human, and I can't proceed (the page just loops). This has happened on other browsers too, though I fixed the problem there by disabling my adblocker. But that doesn't help here on Firefox. Any suggestions?

Not sure if posted under the right section.

Recently started having an issue trying to sign in to Microsoft Outlook (formally Hotmail) Web. I don't recall any changes i made or updates.

When i try to sign in, it opens a new tab and takes me back to the sign in page. This just continues.

Tried using MS Edge and don't have the issue.

So far tried Safe Mode which disabled add-ons, which are currently Add Block plus, and New Tab Override and the issue remains. Not sure if i tried the refresh option but i think it removes the extensions which is not the end of the world.

Added a few images, one shows duplicate tabs, which will continue

when I click to listen to play a segment (▷ Listen) it shows momentarily a button but then returns to the original (▷ Listen). However, when I open the page in Chrome it plays without any problem. What could be the problem?

I can't log into my doctor. Their web support says to not use Firefox.

Hello, I am using Linux Mint on a desktop with the latest version of Firefox. Two weeks ago I could login to the Discover website with no problems. Suddenly I can not log in, but get an error message that something is wrong and I can't login. I can login using Chrome on this machine. My wife gets the same message when she tried to login to her account on my computer. After several discussions with Discover, all I get is "it is not our problem."

I am having no problems logging into other accounts with Firefox on this computer.

I have not explicitly changed anything on the browser or computer. I have done some updates which included Firefox. I can login on a different Linux computer using an older version of Firefox. Of course the updates were also to the computer and I will ask the same question to the Linux forum.

I really like Firefox and would hate to have to change to Chrome.

I've been a Firefox user for a very long time with no real problems, but this one may force me to move to Chrome. Recently, I've noticed that some things show up or work in Chrome, but they don't work in Firefox. I've encountered this problem more recently and it seem to be getting worse. Just today, I had a problem with the V.A. and AMC theater websites. Is there a workaround to this problem. It's going to get bad if even the government is using google extensions.

When I search Google Images in Firefox, this pops up. I tried using an extension to hide it, but I can't see the rest of the image, which is inconvenient. Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome load it, so it's not an issue. Is this a Firefox feature? It's a hassle to disable the extension just to read the rest. Could you please give me some advice?

I was finally forced to update my Firefox to the released version. I am increasingly unable to log in to various "secure" websites with Firefox 140...1 although Chrome 106 (old, but can't update) has no problem. There are also a number of captchas that are simply invisible to firefox. Why is this happening?

235 Hello, my bank updated its online banking service, and since then, I haven't been able to log in. It works with Edge or Chrome but not Firefox. I never keep my browsing history and have cleared the cache, so why can't I log in?

I am using the Raindrop (raindrop.io) bookmark manager. It has been working fine on Firefox for years. However, with my recent update to Firefox 140, it is broken. Specifically, I can no longer use the highlighting function. It works fine on Chrome, but not on Firefox. I've seen several similar reports on Reddit's Firefox forum (r/firefox).

What to do? I don't want to have to switch to Chrome. Suggestions appreciated.

In Firefox, the ChatGPT chat only displays my own messages; ChatGPT's responses no longer appear. This includes past chats—they are not displayed either. I have been trying for WEEKS NOW to sign into my bank! The bank can use a TEMPORARY password to access my account but once that's over, when I try to log into my bank I STILL CANNOT LOG IN!!!!!!!!!! WTF has happend to Firefox after that last "update" what ever it was they changed, made it IMPOSSIBLE for me to log into my BANK. Firefox worked this morning, but stopped in the afternoon. I ran an update, but could not connect to my gmail account anymore, or listen to the Radio France podcasts All this works from Google Chrome (not my default browser). All under the Mozilla VPN 2001:4860:7:150e::fc (why the IPv6 address?)

I searched the forums and found a few similar entries but i couldn't see any solution so far. Whenever i try to open my inbox the page initially loads and shows the progress bar but after the progress hits 100% it just hangs there and nothing happens. See screenshot please. Gmail works normally in other browser (MS Edge) and my Android phone. I've been experiencing this issue for more than a month now. Not sure exactly when it started. Probably with v134. Installing v135 fresh didn't change anything. This is one of the most persistent issues i've experienced about browsers. I use Avast AV but all browser modules are disabled + web shield disabled.

So far i tried these steps to no avail: - Clear cache and history - Clear whole site data by using "forget site" feature - Clear cache and cookies using the padlock icon next to the search bar - Disable/enable hardware acceleration - Disable/enable javascript (gmail requires javascript to work anyways) - Disabled all add ons/extensions, tried safe mode - Reinstalled firefox after uninstalling and deleting any left over folders

When I try to create a new presentation in PowerPoint I get the message that the browser is not compatible. When I click for support it says it should be compatible. Running Windows 10. PPT and Firefox are up to date.

If you go to americangreetings.com, then click on the latest greeting card with ROB LOWE, enter info and then check if everything is OK. When you try to play it, it only plays his voice and there is NO PICTURE AT ALL. Other card will work, but not this one. WHY? It works fine on other browsers I have, but not on FIREFOX! Ive been told that firefox does not support https://web.minidisc.wiki/ (Web minidic pro) and only google chrome does. I hate google chrome. how difficult would it be for firefox to support usb devices like a minidisc recorder player. I guess its down to drivers or some form of plug in? Could firefox be made to support my minidisc or is it too much of a security/software performance issue? Cheers Mark
