Is my email blocked by Mozilla?

Hi. I'm really frustrated. I had to reset my Windows PC yesterday. I tried to reinstall FireFox but the "Firefox Installer.exe" and "Firefox Setup 84.0.1.exe" don't respect Windows standards installing into "C:\Program Files" but rather force the installation of FF into C:\Users\{user}\AppData\(Local, LocalLow, and Roaming)!! It was so frustrating and I acted out of haste and wrote a nasty feedback to Mozilla last night and I'm sorry about that :( I am just very frustrated why Mozilla is installing FF wherever it wants to!
Anyway, I think my email account is blocked now and when I tried to sign into my Sync acct, it says:
[[ Sorry. We’ve locked your account.
The confirmation email we sent to *****@ hotmail com was returned and we’ve locked your account to protect your Firefox data.
If this is a valid email address, let us know and we can help unlock your account. No longer own that email? Create a new account ]]
My email is not blocking anyone and I'm receiving emails from everyone as of this writing. I need to fetch my bookmarks and plugins.
