Be descriptive. Saying “playing video on YouTube is always choppy” will help us understand the issue better than saying “something is wrong” or “the app is bro ken”.

Follow through. Sometimes, our volunteers would ask you for more information or to test out certain scenarios. The sooner you can do this, the sooner they would know how to fix it.

Firefox comes up in a large window, covering most of my screen. I can resize the browser window just fine, as expected. However when I close the program, then open it later, the browser window is not the size and position it was in when I stopped the program last, it comes up with a large window again.

The password thing about using traditional methods and now seems like a lot of people are using Google or Apple to log in really has made my life miserable. Where do I go from here?
