Liebe Community, ich habe ein Problem bei der Nutzung von Apps, die eine Zwei-Faktor-Authentifizierung ermöglichen sollen (in meinem Falle enteAuth und OneAuth). Ich habe diese Apps probiert und komme mit beiden nicht zurecht, da sie alle 10-20 Sekunden einen neuen Code generieren, obwohl ich ja erstmal den von mir gescannten Code verifizieren muss. Der Mozilla Login sagt mir dann immer, der Code sei falsch. Dabei wollte ich eigentlich nur Themes gestalten hier im Online-Editor. Liebe Grüße Sven

Dear community, I have a problem when using apps that are supposed to enable two-factor authentication (in my case enteAuth and OneAuth). I have tried these apps and can't get along with either of them because they generate a new code every 10-20 seconds, even though I first have to verify the code I have scanned. The Mozilla login then always tells me that the code is incorrect. I actually only wanted to design themes here in the online editor. Best regards Sven

About once a week, since 1/4/25, I been receiving different emails demanding payment or the author will divulge to all of my email contacts about the pornography I am supposedly viewing, which I do not. Can you do anything to close these email accounts? All of the messages are from different authors with different email addresses. I keep thinking this will run its course and end but it has not. Up until recently if I suspected a javascript error all I needed to do was type Ctrl-Shift-K and the console would display showing me javascript errors. With the most recent update of Firefox that doesn't happen. I can bring up the console but there are no errors displayed.

I have a HUGE problem with Firefox memory usage. Some open instances of firefox are taking anywhere from 600mb to 2.8gb of memory. Since firefox opens MANY instances even with only ONE active window, this very quickly uses all available memory (4gb) causing a full laptop crash.

More concerning is that CLOSING the worst instance of memory usage STILL leaves the single open page/tab open, so what exactly was the memory eating instance actually doing ???

I have included a screengrab of the many remaining instances of firefox in windows task manager AFTER closing the main culprit.

I have also included a screengrab of all the adblockers I use which I believed would limit unnecessary memory usage, but does not seem to be effective.

Since the update I've had a few issues, most I was able to fix but this one eludes me. Opening up various news sites I get the "Firefox prevented this page from reloading" error at the top and clicking allow does nothing. Anyone know how to get around this error? I'm not looking to totally disable the FF feature that prevents other pages from loading a different one, but just to browse the website after hitting 'allow'.

I have a question about using Firefox PDF Editor. I copied some text from a PDF document that is on my computer, by highlighting the text and then hitting Ctrl+C. The text copied onto my clipboard OK. Then I opened a blank PDF document in the Firefox PDF Editor and tried to paste that text into the blank document, but I wasn't able to do so because when I right-clicked on the blank document and then clicked on "paste", nothing happened. This apparently is because the word "paste" is faded-out in the drop-down menu (i.e., it does not appear in prominent bold print). Google's Artificial Intelligence seems to indicate that the technique I used would work (see screenshot which I've uploaded). But it didn't work, so can anyone please tell me how can I paste text into that blank document?

Where can I find the "text tool" that I need in order to fill in a PDF form?

The new update invites me to try this feature but when I do, I can't see a text tool anywhere.

i can't load certain sites on firefox, it just gives me a blank white screen. there's no error displayed or anything. some sites load fine (gmail, social media, youtube, etc work normal), but some sites i visit give me a blank screen. they load fine in other browsers and even on firefox mobile, just not on firefox desktop.

i've tried deleting the cache for firefox too, but that didn't fix it either. anyone knows what the problem might be?

Please directly contact Louis Rossmann's current emplouer. That business, FUTO, has been doing the work ; so much so, id content it would be the only logical business decision for FUTO to develop their own iteration of a meticulously secure, open-source browser for the community.

Id donate to that endeavour, should FUTO ever shoulder that responsibility.

Lately I've had to reload/refresh pages more frequently because of download issues. In order to the in FF I need to press the F5 key. To do the same thing in either Edge or Chrome all I need to do is right click and a little popup screen shows me the reload/refresh right there. Much more convenient to use. FF should use a similar technique.

Before i play the game stock market live in Dreamisland i felt suspicious about the activity then when i use the privacy badger extention its look normal activity .But they are blocking also privacy badger after they know that something going on.Is there any way to block them permenently. So basically, I'm trying to add a 2FA code, homever when I scanned the code using google authenticator, everything went normal. Homever, when I try to put in the code, firefox only lets me put 5 digits but not 6. Any solutions?

When I run a internet speed test Edge and Chrome are consistently in the 80's range. When I run FF the speed is in the 60/s. It's causing downloads to get hung up. What can I or FF do about this?
