Why does Firefox Desktop now completely crash every time I press the Ctrl and cursor keys whilst navigating through text?!!! Very frustrating and I've had to abandon using your app completely. Please fix and redeploy your app as a matter of extreme urgency!!! thanks

So, i have a laptop, with integrated cpu graphics (Intel UHD) and discrete gpu (RTX 3060), first times when i set in Windows settings to use Firefox powerful gpu, it just won't, i tried restarting browser but i forgot that i have opened private tab, so i not restarted browser. So, on any pages like WebGL Aquarium, i have pretty low fps, in comparison to other browsers (like Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome). Then, after i see that tab, i closed it, and after restart i got my fps, but.. still lower than other browsers, on WebGL Aquarium with 30k fishes, Firefox max fps is around 35, but on Chrome is around 70 (two times faster). I found one page that shows gpu that uses for acceleration, and it shows pretty weird information in Firefox. https://kdashg.github.io/misc/webgl/low-power.html So, in Chrome it says like "Nvidia RTX 3060 Mobile GPU", and when i choose integrated gpu for this browser in windows, it says like "Intel UHD GPU", but, in Firefox, on first tries it said same, but when i got discrete gpu acceleration, it says that i have "Nvidia Geforce GTX 980". I was like, what? Where it did come from? This explains why I have a fps two times lower but who will explain to me why this gpu is here? I tried to change all acceleration settings in browser, but when i just disabled any acceleration, still shows GTX 980 what is more weird than if it just shows like nothing or Intel GPU, cause is disabled but still uses hardware acceleration, but no matters if i let Firefox use recommended performance settings or set to use acceleration when is available, it shows GTX 980. I think it's about a bug, or something? I can't say that's Windows problems, drivers, or any other thing, cause, other browsers don't act like this, and i just don't have GTX 980 in my laptop on side with RTX 3060 and Intel GPU, anyone even know that laptop like this exists? Videos on Bluesky have never appeared for me, instead they all say "Your browser does not support the video format. Please try a different browser." This seems to happen regardless of the video source.

Hello, I recently updated to 15.3.2 on a silicon Mac Mini. This morning, both Firefox and TBird ran slowly. I restarted twice and spoke to a Senior Adviser at Apple. The second restart was at her advice, and it brought TBird back to normal performance. She said she believed that the computer was indexing after the update to 15.3.2, which took place last night.

We thought that Firefox was normalized as well, but it is still working slowly compared to Safari. Any suggestions?

For the past few weeks my credit union website has posted the following error code "A connection failure has occurred. Please try again or call the Member Service Center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at (907) 563-4567 or (800) 525-9094.

I called member service and they blamed the problem on Mozilla, stating they are slow to update their security protocols to accept GCU's advance security. They refused my suggestion that they reach out to Mozilla and there is no direct way to contact Mozilla Support.

I have used this browzer for years with no problem, and now I can't use it on my online banking site; the only site where this problem occurs. HELP

My linux system no longer has pulseaudio installed (for reasons unrelated to firefox).

The --enable-alsa option is not rejected by firefox but doesn't work either. The only way to get audio from firefox in this install is through the apulse wrapper:

    apulse firefox ...

Note that chrome browsers have no problem with audio when pulseaudio is not installed.

Is the --enable-alsa in firefox supposed to work?

I use google meet at work. Up until recently, things were working ok. Starting a few weeks ago (there were updates both to MacOS and Firefox), when I was in a meeting, the other side couldn't hear me even though meet said that my microphone wasn't muted. I then switched the meeting to Safari, and had no problems. I also noticed that when the remote party did a presentation, it did not show up when running on Firefox, but switching to Safari it worked. This is clearly a bug (or a miscoordination between Firefox and MacOS). Has anyone else encountered this? I'm running on a M4 MacBook running MacOS 15.3.2 and Firefox 136.0.1

some times the Youtube video's won't load i thought that it's my network glitch but my network is good only in this browser the videos won't load sometimes and some website's like amazon also won't load some times it keeps on loading but nothing will be loaded . i need to restart the whole browser to make it work please fix it Zen browser .

Hi! I've tried everything, from refreshing to troubleshoot mode, but it says the same thing, that every installation I try has been adborted due to it being corrupt. It even deleted my previous theme. I'm very stressed, could someone please help? I use Nobara Linux and will include screenshots of the following: My browser is also completely up to date, I just reinstalled. I also followed the guide it said for this issue and deleted extensions.json but couldn't find the others.

It also disappears when I download extensions after verifying and when I click to install again the button won't move before going to the actual add-ons area. Thanks!

The new version does not seem to appear to have downloaded properly, and neither version is allowing my addons to work or be re-installed. I enjoy Firefox and use it on all platforms. In the last week it has been difficult to browse if I leave the app for more than a few seconds. I have found that in Task manager, the Firefox processes go to efficiency mode. Once that happens I cannot bring the browser back active. How can I turn off efficiency mode for Firefox? Thanks.

When I try to download anything Firefox Caps my download speed at 10MB/s Other browsers don't. I tried, Edge, Chrome, Etc... they all give me access to my full Gigabit speed. I've attached 2 screenshots with a SpeedTest comparison.

One morning could not connect to email/ATT. This is the error message I got: Something's gone wrong We may be having trouble with your connection. Connecting your device to Wi-Fi could help fix the issue or try again later. If you were using an app, close this page. Otherwise, start over. ATT came to home to look into hookup, etc. Could not fix. They advised Firefox could be corrupted. Should I reinstall Firefox. Had to go thru Chrome for email. Have Windows 11. Thank you.
