I am using Firefox on Mac - I usually minimize instead of closing - It has started making a TAPPING NOISE I thought it was my computer - but It now has happened to 3 different computers and one is brand new - T T T T TTT , I have narrowed it down to Firefox, when I minimize it will do it, then opened and it stopped and min. then start, repeeat - now it does the TTTTT all the time with it open or minimized. What is going on?

I have windows 11 and the firefox 124.0.2 browser. I cannot update to the latest version of Firefox. I receive an error message "failed to update". I've uninstalled and reinstalled the browser, ran the install utility selecting update, nothing seems to work. Please help

I accepted this the other day but now don't want it. It is a Print popup & at bottom says Grow I can not find how to remove this. Popup shows this: Unlock the Print Button!

I'm wondering if anyone can shed light on this.... I'm using the very latest version of Firefox 124.0.2 (64bit) And recently having a problem when video chatting on facebook when chatting I can't see the "Cam" Icon to call up. Yet on Crome all is good.

Any help?

The latest version of firefox for MacOS 14.4.1 has broken the picture in picture function. When enabling PiP, the video window takes up almost the entire screen and doesn't remember the size i set it to, like it did in older versions of Firefox. Another issue is when im in fullscreen mode and enable PiP, the PiP window takes me to another 'desktop', whereas before it would simply overlay on top of my screen.

When I have the Firefox browser open, every time I click away from it to another open window I get this stupid graphic that pops up near the bottom right corner of my screen that says "Intelligent Work" and rotates through three different images. It is really irritating and I can't figure out how to make it go away. This is a new computer and I only installed the Firefox browser this week. It only happens when I click off of the browser to any other window.

In all instances, when I click on a link to view a document on a website, rather than simply pop up to view, the document is downloaded and I am required to save it to my computer. Something in the Firefox settings is preventing the pop-up view from occurring. Not certain where to reset in order to correct this. Please advise

I have an iMac with Sonoma 14.3.1 with Firefox 115.9.1 esr . It is for personal use, not for a business. I just learned that there is another Firefox version (124.0.2) which is not esr....

Which version should I use and why?

If I should use the "normal" version, how do I replace the esr version with the "normal" one ?

Windows 11 Firefox browser 125.0.1

In Proton Mail, when I receive an email with an picture attached inline, I get the following error message: "Your browser could not verify the remote server's identity. The image might be hosted using the http protocol." Is this issue with settings in Proton or Firefox? How do I fix this? See image below. Thank you.

I added a browser extension Search by Image by Armin Sebastian some time ago and it worked just fine till recently. Now, every time I need to find some image I get the page with cute creature sitting and fishing in bucket of water with info stated: "Your search did not match any documents. Suggestions: Try different keywords." (screenshot attached). It happens every time, no matter what kind of image I'm looking for. I also added another extension Search by Image on Google by Gustavo Silva and it's the same issue.

Would really appreciate any help with it.
