I can't enable USB Devices on about:debugging setup page. I already installed ADB toolkit for MacOS, also I can see my device in ADB devices list: ``` ~% adb devices -l List of devices attached 013db356 device usb:336723968X product:OnePlus6T model:ONEPLUS_A6010 device:OnePlus6T transport_id:9 ```

On the device I've enabled "Remote debugging via USB". But when I click on "Enable USB Devices" button, nothing happens. I can see only "Updating..." message, then "Disabled" again.

Also no devices in the devices list, because USB Devices are disabled. "Refresh devices" does not make any changes.

Hi! I recently made the switch from Chrome to Firefox and Im liking it aside from this one thing. When Im watching a video in full screen, moving the cursor to the top doesnt pop up Macs top bar (File, Edit, ..... battery, time).

This sounds like a banality but I mainly watch videos while getting ready, working etc, and I really need to see the time! Im used to always keeping the cursor at the top to see it. I searched around in settings and forums but didnt find any fix. The only solution seems to be to not use full screen which I think we can all agree just sucks in a major way.

Im using MacOS Monterey 12.3.1 and Firefox 102.0.1. Is there a way to fix this or nah? Any info much appreciated!

The issues I am facing with outlook mail seems to have occurred within the last 3 months. I have used outlook in Chrome and there is no issue. I have gone to the Microsoft site and there are several complaints that Outlook is not usable with Firefox. On my company machine, I limit my personal email to Firefox.

Other web pages seem to be fine, just outlook mail. I use Firefox for most of my testing & personal and Chrome for corporate browsing.

The issues start occurring after about 5 min, within the last month. I am a MacOS user and I have v.104. The issues face range from not limited emails listed, missing icons, javaScript drop-downs not working, not being able to delete emails, not being able to restore emails.

When I refresh the page, more recently Outlook crashes. My cache for Outlook is around 13-14Mb. When I clear the cache, things are fine for about 5-10 min. I'm on the latest version of Firefox, 106.1, and I'm missing the Firefox View button on my MacBook Pro 13". It is showing on my Mac Mini M1, and both are logged in and syncing properly using my Firefox account.

When I type in about:firefoxview on my MacBook Pro in the URL bar, I see the page but noticed it says "New colorways are on the way" on the right. On my Mac Mini, I see the "Independent Voices" text and an option to "Try colorways".

Bug? Some weird setting on my MacBook? Both are running macOS Monterey, 12.6.

I have installed Z-Scaler proxy root CA certificate in Firefox for enabling SSL inspection. It works fine for most websites, but for google.com and a few others I get every day a certificate invalid/not trusted error and I have to restart Firefox to get the error to go away. Any ideas of what I can do to improve this behaviour? Any configuration I missed?

It's very similar issue to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1199797, except that when I restart Firefox it works.

Why is there not a simple means to take a link and pin it as a tile on my home page? I've expanded the number of rows displayed which as an odd history of my browsing, yet the latest links I've visited are not there - meaning the link to the location I would like to pin. Seriously, the entries in the rows (other than previously pinned links) is a hodgepodge. It might be useful if there was some evident logic to the items included. It is disappointing the number of times this question has been posed and the "answer" is to display more rows. Similarly disappointing - an old knowledge base article that says to click the 3 dot icon next to address bar for Firefox on android - would have been handy had such a control appeared in the latest version of Firefox I'm running on my Mac.

I have a user who runs SRS/Crystal Reports on their Windows 11 Lenovo laptop, but every time we go to the website where a Java-enabled pop-up window for viewing spreadsheets is supposed to load we keep getting a "A plugin is required to play this content" error message, but no option to install/approve the running of Javascript.

I have downloaded and installed the JRE and JDK on the endpoint device, but still no luck getting Firefox to load it. I am running the 32-bit version of the web browser, not 64-bit, so I am kind of stumped about how to proceed from here.

Is there a place I can manually download/install these Java plug-ins?

Clicking on the spacebar, does not produce a space between words, when typing text. I'm using a Mac Mini M1, on macOS Monterey (V 12.4), along with a Logitech MX Keys for Mac keyboard.

This happens randomly, for instance, on this very message. I previously posted a question regarding another problem that I came across with the same hardware and Firefox.

I found the solution to that problem by disabling an Extension in Firefox, however, I can't begin to think where to look for what setting, that may be causing my current problem.

My Firefox browser is crashing a lot after the recent updates. Not really sure what is causing the crashes but anytime I open any websites or try to do some work on the browser is resulting into unexpected crash. I have submitted several crash reports, but haven't had any solutions to the problem.

My school email is going to be disabled in a couple of months and I was wondering if there's a way to just change the email associated with my Firefox account, or if I'll have to make a new one and carry over my bookmarks/settings/addons etc. manually.

I'm running Version 108.0.1 on a mid 2015 Macbook Pro MacOS 12.6.2 Today I went to do a translation using the "to google translate" add-on and noticed it was missing from its place in the context menu. I go to "get more add-ons and re-installed it.

So why was it uninstalled without my consent? What can I do to stop this happening again?

Using Mac OS 12.4 and Firefox 101.0.1. After launching Firefox, a second icon appears in the "recently used" apps section of the Mac OS dock (see attached screen shot). The icon stays there and goes away, and then comes back, and then goes away, etc. This continues on and on until Firefox is closed.

Why is this happening? Never acted this way before the latest updates.

My browser displays many websites, emails, etc. using a strange garbled font (see attached image for reference).

I already checked the preference setting for allowing websites to select their own fonts. The issue also persists in Troubleshooting mode. I have also used the "Inspect element" tool when this has occurred, also to no avail. I imagine at this point the only real solution is to delete and reinstall Firefox, but I'd love to hear if someone has another solution! Thanks!

Note that text in bold / italics often shows up just fine. I can also copy-paste any of this text and it displays correctly.

MacOS Monterey 12.3.1 FF 99.0.1 Have tried clearing Cache, Cookies, Troubleshoot mode.

Google Maps > Search > Share > Embed a Map, the map to be embedded is not displayed (likewise when embed is pasted into Wordpress page, for example)

While same procedure in Safari or Brave works as expected (map to be embedded is displayed in Google maps and embed code displays map in webpage using Brave or Safari).

From the Google Maps page > share > Embed a map > right click This Frame > Open in new tab And then looking in the Console. There are a few other ignored errors but then this...

I always use private browsing so I thought that my history was totally not being saved, but discovered recently that when I started to type within the search field, that many of my past searches were listed in the search field with the type highlighted in purple. I had to manually go in and delete all of these past searches. I don't want any search history to be saved. Is there a setting in preferences that I'm somehow missing? Why is Firefox saving these past searches if I have it set to Always Use Private Browsing?

Hello, I am a user on Mac! I am having an issue with moving tabs fluidly. Yes, moving tabs inside the window is easy but when I move them outside the window, it makes me a little uncomfortable. In the images and video I have sent, you can see that an unnecessary thumbnail of the tab pops up even when I move the tabs inside the window. This makes it harder to know if I am even moving the tab in the first place. Then it takes like 2-5 seconds for the new window of the individual tab I moved to appear. If whatever I said is quite confusing which I apologize for, I would very much recommend taking a look at Google Chrome, the browser I don't prefer, however, try moving the tabs around and outside one window and creating more windows with individual tabs. It feels more fluid or swift and easy to handle. Compare that to Firefox and a big difference is to be seen. I am concerned about this issue really because I am replacing my previous browsers, not only Google Chrome but browsers like Edge too which are capable of not having that issue, with Firefox instead and hopefully Firefox can have this capability. I also multitask a lot so I usually encounter this problem on Firefox. I hope this is fixed and am sure it will help a lot of users! Thank you! My extensions take up a lot of space in my toolbar and I'd love to hide all of them. However - every 'solution' to the problem tells me to right click the extension straight from the toolbar and click 'Hide from Toolbar'.

I do remember this option existing, however I couldn't find it since last update and I'm assuming it was removed. Is there any way to use it again?

^ (Small note, It would also be lovely if I could add them to the Extensions add-on in the toolbar, as that would really be a better use for it other than overflow)
