I can print full webpages in other browsers but not firefox. Firefox only prints 1 page and then says "printer error". I tried the "config" solution and it didnt help. I am about ready to switch to another browser since I cant find a solution. Also, when I do print, it hangs up and I cant do anything else on my Windows 10 laptop.

When i try to access mail.com I get the mail.com access page but the button "login" does not work. If I use Chrome there is no problem. If I refresh Firefox everything works the first time and then reverts . This all started happening 1 week ago after years of no problems. has anybody any ideas?

As new releases of Firefox (and Thunderbird too) come out, a constant question for me is whether the add-ons that are important to me (I use a lot) will be compatible with the new release. It would help if

(1) The Add-Ons web site always allowed me to specify release and OS. Sometimes that is allowed, sometimes not.

(2) The Add-Ons web site allowed me to specify a release before which I don't want to see add-ons listed.

(3) The Extensions page in Firefox allowed me to ask which of my extensions (enabled and/or disabled) are supported/not supported in a specified future release.

(4) When Firefox wants to install a new release, it reported on extensions that would become incompatible and always asked my permission to go ahead.

It probably would not be necessary to do all of these things, but I included them all because I don't know which are the most practical.

How do I set it to automatically disconnect from the internet so I do not have to close it and reconnect every time I try to use it again. I get the error message that Firefox must be closed and restarted to connect. Please help. This never used to happen.

Since a recent update (within the last couple weeks) I am no longer able to select file or folder locations. The file manager window doesn't show up, but the browser acts like it's open.

I recieved the 81.0.2 update this morning, and the problem remains

When I go to Bing image search, a single click of the back button does not take me back from whence I came. However, after many double clicks of the back button does mostly return back but never on a single click or one double click. Any ideas?

After watching a youtube video in full-screen mode [f] or [F11] (in a window with about 20 concurrently running tabs of various other (non-video) things), the whole control interface area (address bar, menu bar, window header) disappears. This only affects the window that played the video, & although the other tabs areyet available through [Ctrl]+<hotkey>, all tabs in the wind lack the window/browser control interface. Firefox returns to normal after a re-opening of the browser. This disappearance does not resolve by just pressing the [Alt] key or by moving the mouse cursor to the top of the screen or by pressing [f] or [F11] to toggle full screen/normal. [F4], [Alt]+D, [Ctrl]+L, & [F6] are of no effect as URL input becomes unavailable (including no known access to "about:" features. [F12] does what it normally does (show webpage source code/elements). [F7] triggers caret browsing prompt. I did not bother with [F1], but all unmentioned F-keys were of no effect when pressed without combining with other keys. Perhaps it's a Win7 64-Bit issue, but I hope that you have a FireFox answer. For some time now, Firefox has been incorrectly identifying the type for a large percentage of JPG images, and saving them with the PNG suffix instead. Graphics programs cannot open such mislabelled files, requiring me to manually find and rename such files to give them the proper .JPG suffix to match their file type.

This is far beyond a minor issue, and needs to be addressed immediately. Please. Any suggestions on how to deal with this?

After updating to 82.0, Firefox crashes on startup - no crash reporter come up. The error in the Application Event Log is below. Installing R81.0.2 works OK. Windows 10 x64.

I'm trying to log in from a different machine than my usual one. Firefox says I am using the incorrect password. I have quadruple checked the spelling of my user name (email address) and my primary password. I am definitely entering them correctly on the new machine yet firefox insists it is wrong. I checked the password in the account settings of my usual machine, under "accounts.firefox" on Firefox's Lockwise (aka logins & passwords) page and indeed I am using the correct email & password. I also searched my email to make sure that I did not change my password and forgot that I had done so. So how can this be?

This is going on for the last 5 days or so days. It seems to happen on a fixed schedule. Everyday on a specific time I will get logged out of google,gmail,youtube,facebook,reddit and have to re-accept cookies. I am not sure why this is happening but it is very annoying.

I don't care if something in slowing things down. That is better than ff freezing EVERY time it make this offer. If I feel things slowing down I'm smart enough to shut down programs or pages. How can I prevent this fff (yes f ff) tool from running.

hi from italy, i'm having a problem with the bookmark's backup file. after the windows update all my bookmarks are gone, and i can't even save new ones i've followed the guide for the backup file for my bookmarks, but when i click it, the message "unable to restore backup files" appears, "Impossibile elaborare il file di backup." in italian. i don't know what to do, i'm everything but a computer guy, i saved some important sites and now i can't find them, i really need your help thanks

Hey, this just recently started happening but whenever I try to playback video (mainly on twitch) the tab crashes immediately.

I've tried starting Firefox in safemode and disabling add-ons; crashing still occurs either way. I tried opening streams on Chrome and they open up fine. I have also tried clearing my cache and disabling hardware acceleration. Lastly, I have also ran windows DISM and sfc.

Also, youtube videos work fine but I can't watch twitch streams.

I have 4 tabs on my home page. 2 of them open normally, 2 do not. If I click on the address bar of one of the tabs that does not load, a list of recent URLs drops down, with the URL of the tab on top. At the end of the URL, is the work "Visit". If I click on Visit, the URL loads. The other 2 tabs load normally. I am on Windows 8.1 and have the latest Firefox version. I believe this just started to happen after I upgraded. I have tried to use the troubleshoot Restart with add-ons disabled. Did not solve the problem.

I can log in to my Venmo account using Chrome and Edge, however I get the attached error message when trying to log in using Firefox. I removed my cookies and data info for the Venmo site, but that didn't make a difference. Any suggestions?
