Subject: Reset font size without using menus

By accidentally pressing and/or holding one or more keys on my PC, I seem to have shrunk the font size which I need to reset.

When I try to use OPTIONS GENERAL the screen will not scroll down to the FONT setting

Could you please tell me how to reset font size without using the menus?

Even though I am signed in to the main support page, attempting to sync tabs leads to the page

what other ways are availabe to sync?

For many years I use Firefox 52.9.0esr on my WinXP computer. And for even more years I have been struggling unsuccessfully with the following problem.

Under "C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\2b9qepw7.default-1469870616368\cache2" there is a folder named "entries", that is constantly inflating! It is now 49.5 GB huge! I can not delete it. Deleting process does start, but doesn’t continue even for a bit or finishes ever. I’ve tried to delete the cache via Firefox preferences unsuccessfully. Even manually via Windows Explorer, even in safe mode (F8 when the computer starts), even with TotalCommander. The folder’s size just suddenly changes to zero when I click on it, but not the real space it’s occupying on my hard drive. I even uninstalled my antivirus and tried all the methods again – to no success…

For the past few days I’m unable to login to my Microsoft outlook hotmail. Whenever logging in I would get the message “something went wrong” with “click to refresh”. I’ve tried refreshing the page multiple times, clearing all cookies, restart my old lab top. Still, the same something went wrong messages. Please assist. Thank you.

A few days ago I was told via message that firefox will stop support for windows 10. I ungraded my system to windows 11 and downloaded the appropriate version of firefox. Now I'm getting the same message again. Please help. I like firefox but being told continuously that it's no longer supported even though I've upgraded my system to one that is supported is a pain.

I'm trying to sync from Windows XP to Windows 8.1. When I sign in on XP I get a completely blank page and a few buttons. I use Vesta only for e-bay and emails....problem is that on ebay when watching item and click on to it putting it in my WATCH LIST it does not work. On my i-pad it all works o.k. ( is this to do to Microsoft ) I delete Firefox and re-installed and it does the same.......any other thing I can do until I replace this computer ASAP on your time and advis

I have e-bay on firefox Vista and (Microsoft and when I click on item watching and go into the item to move it to my watch list it will not work....... it this problem and I do believe due to the support on the computer. With said this is the only thin not working, it did it before and I remove fire fox and re-installed and it did work but this time I did the same and did not work. With said I do not know what I did but I thought maybe some one know what I can try to go into and do some clicking other wise every thing else works. I will tell you also that Misrosoft does not alloy now to open anything in e-bay......any help would be for help...... also all works o.k. on a i-pad.... for now any help would be great.... Hello. I cannot watch videos from invidious.snopyta.org on my laptop with Firefox 52.9.0, because a message that says "No compatible source was found for this media." appears in place of the video player. However, the videos from that website do load correctly on my other PC with the latest Firefox version, and they load correctly on this laptop as well when using Google Chrome. The video found on this site, which I think is a webm, plays correctly.

What video format does invidious.snopyta serve and why can't it be played by Firefox?

I got a "Secure connection failed during a connection to duckduckgo.com. I am using WIN xp and Mypal browser. I get the same message if I try Firefox. What do I do now?

I have many computers, all with the same operating system, all with the DEFAULT Firefox install. Only on one computer do I get the "firefox content security policy" error and only when trying to log in via the "sync" tab in Firefox Options to synchronize that computer with the others.

I am a retired computer technical consultant. I'm no pedestrian user. I've been researching this problem for about a year. I've gotten nowhere. My research has come up with no answer for this problem, though there are answers for firefox content security policy that address other problems.

I am a hardware and applications software guru. I have no experience with javascript, and I suspect this IS a jafascript issue.

Can you help me?

closed private window w/ 'history' display open. Now the Private window always displays the 'history' sidebar every time it's opened. ps: old system i can't afford to replace running vista with latest FF v. available for it. Works great for what i want to do. Thanks.

I was very disappointed earlier on today when I saw the many add-ons you can choose from, for the 1st time, and tried to install one I really liked on my desktop (which runs on XP PRO).

The add-on is called "I Don't Mind Cookies". It wouldn't install as I needed to update the version of Firefox I currently used and provided me with a link to facilitate this.

I followed all instructions throughout and surprisingly quickly I found it completed, and had message confirming the successful update of OS to ver.59 2.

Returned to add-on above and tried to install it again. I must say I felt even more disappointed when the same error message appeared. Clearly, the add-on was not so sure I'd done as directed; either that or it perhaps it got confused and then passed it on to me...

Can anyone help me, please, as I've had an awful outing this week trying to get our Sky Account sorted - my repeated attempts to get 2 things sorted culminated with my last call taking well over 2hrs, involving 5 different departments and a total of 7 agents - thankfully, I only had to tell 4 of them the whole sorry tale in full and although this sad episode was finally resolved (well, sort of), I'm not confident I'll ever be quite the same again.
