i was trying to access shopify and its protect behind a firewall and it was asking if firefox as access to the internet or its being protect by the firewall how would i go about using this website if i don't know how to go about this

I accidentally uninstalled firefox and need to recover passwords and bookmarks. Can this be done? I run an old dell latitude with Windows 10 and was trying to cleanup apps running in background at startup since it was running very slowly. At one point I saw 2 firefox icons. Uninstalled one and lost everything. Can you help me. Michael Evans

there is no bookmark sidebar button at the right of the address bar

I am running firefox in 5 windows with at least 7 tabs each every time i exit, reopen of update it i have more that 35 Bookmark LEFT Side Bars to close IF i have the patience to close all of them WHICH NEVER HAPPENS... (this is happening since too long, I am pissed off...)

I searched, tried a couple of "solutions" to no avail

i do not want to reinvent my entire life with passwords you do not share with my previous search engine. please let me return to Safari, with Mozilla Firefox in the background.

I'm attempting to set up Firefox in a newly installed OS and have logged into my Sync account. Many aspects seem to be loaded in, but the status via the Settings is stuck at "Syncing..." despite waiting several hours. Quitting Firefox results in a crash window popping up.

There are no files in the weave/logs directory. The weave/failed directory has multiple json files; most almost completely empty. addons.json has an ID, but that's pretty much it.

Deleting the .mozilla directory and starting over yielded no change in behavior.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

in FF 137.02 Win11Pro there is no reopen previous session option in the history menu, even though in settings, history, "firefox will" is set to remember history. We tried reinstalling FF. No luck.

Is there a way to reopen the previous session?

Has that feature been deleted?

I just downloaded firefox for the first time because Chrome disabled uBlocker. I have added uBlocker and 1Password as extensions, but neither of them are working on any webpage at all. I also can't pin extentions. I have restarted firefox and my computer several times. What do I do?

How do I remove "firefox browser being managed by your organisation" . I have looked at several posts and don't understand a word of it. I recently re-installed Firefox and lost all my passwords but still have bookmarks, every time I turn off firefox it forgets my account sign in, I then get an email to say I have signged in on a new device. I suspect it is the Norton 360 security software. Please can someone explain in simple terms how to remove it. I have tried contacting Norton but their support is worse than Microsoft.

How do I change the time out to a longer time?

I am receiving pop-ups from what appears to be Mozilla Firefox saying: System is infected! Viruses detected, Turn on protection and delete viruses. The virus identified is ZEUS.2020 Trojan. Click here to scan and clean via: d3av3500fes73a78mk0.mosgdefender.com This link doesn't work. So, how can I get this issue resolved? Any help would be appreciated. WHEN I SIGN INTO MY OUTLOOK ACCOUNT, FIREFOX IS BLOCKING MY CONNECTION. IT WILL NOT CONNECT TO SECURESERVER.NET. I CANNOT ACCESS MY E-MAILS IN FIREFOX CURRENTLY. PLEASE HELP! ALL THE TECH PEOPLE SAID IT IS THE BROWSER????
