I was filling out a City of Portland nuisance complaint form, but the "SUBMIT" button would not appear in order for the complaint form to be transmitted. I could only scroll down so far -- there was nothing more, no page two, etc. Email to City confirmed the problem with the form was on my end. Then I used Safari to get that same City complaint form. Same site, same form. But, on Safari there was about a full page more to the form that had been missing on Firefox. Additional questions, boxes to check, spaces to fill, places to upload photos/files. And at the bottom of the form was the "SUBMIT" button. I don't think I've had this particular issue with other forms, questionnaires, etc. elsewhere. Is there a filter or something blocking random stuff?

Thanks for whatever anyone can come up with.

I have just had Windows 11 reinstalled on my Laptop, I synced everything over from my desktop but Setup VPN and Hoxx icons which would be with other add-ons are missing, I emailed both suppliers. I followed their instructions and found that both add-ons are enabled but no icons. I don't appear to have any overflow, no '>>' I tried uninstalling them but still no icons to enable me to use these.

I can't play videos on any platform. it just gets stuck buffering. Steps I've already tried: -uninstall extensions -clear cache -restart browser -restart computer -uninstall & reinstall firefox current ver. -uninstall & reinstall previous ver.

Why do I have to enter my logins and passwords for my MSN, Outlook, Yahoo and myyahoo everytime I start up firefox? It is getting very annoying.

Is Mozilla Firefox truly compatible with Windows 10 anMSN, Outlook, Yahoo, my yahoo and Malwarebytes?

I have a TBI that really limits my ability to process information. The tabs now have a dropdown that is very confusing and gets in the way of my working. I have to shut Firefox and leave the computer, but of course when I am recovered from the confusion, I come back to the same situation.

I was able to find a way to stop the even-more-frustrating dropdown video preview, but it's not enough.

I have relied on FF for years, but it seem that putting more bells & whistles is more important than providing a functional browser interface. Please explain to me in plain English how to remove the overloaded browser and revert to a version I can utlize without a breakdown.

Until recently I have been able to select where my bookmarks are saved. I have a large number of folders to keep my bookmarks organized by subject. Recently I no longer have the option to select where a bookmark is saved. Is it possible to fix this prolem?

Firefox is the only program on my computer which struggles with connecting to the internet for some reason, other browsers and programs work fine. Everything times out, even the update checker in settings. It opens local files without issue. It started 7+ days ago, i have tried doing everything on the "firefox doesn't load internet pages in, other browsers do" but it didn't change anything.

Cannot clear browsing history. Delete page does not work. Clear recent history does not work.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but I think it automatically imported everything which was not desirable in this case.

Do not have account or sync so it is not pulling from either of those places

Bookmarks dropdown menu opens up halfway down and it's not possible to scroll back up to the top and add a bookmark. At first I thought it was a mouse problem - changed mouse - problem remains.

I'm experiencing a relatively new issue where mono audio in Firefox only plays out of the left channel. The same sources play out of both channels in Safari. I'm on MacOS 14.6.1, Firefox 131.0.3. Any help is appreciated - thanks!

bold textI GET SIDE TABS WITH MOZILLA ICON WITH A WARNING MY "PC" IS VIRUS INFECTED and to click on it to remove the virus. The WARNING SIDE TAB RETREATS BEFORE I CAN CLICK ON THE SIDE TAB.

I keep a lot of pinned tabs, and one of those is my gmail account. After I delete cookies, I go to that tab to sign back in, and it opens another tab, causing me to have to pin and move the second tab and then delete the original tab.

Sometimes I'm taken back to login even after I've just left gmail for checking messages. Sometimes I can click and hold the back button and reopen it on an already sign-in instance of gmail, but not when I clear cookies.

This doesn't happen for any other site, just gmail. How do I fix this, or is there no fix?

I keep the browser open and at some time my C drive has limited disk space.(~100mb) Then extensions stop working and after a browser restart, all extension data are lost. In my opinion current extension data shouldn't be lost even if disk space is limited.

Can several homepages, each one individually assigned to Mail, Finances, News, Video be saved and re-awoken upon startup as individual desktops or home pages ? I would like not to have to repopulate windows upon startup.

Every time I try to sign in into my FF account in the browser it fails to connect to sync.

I get to the sign-in stage, it already knows my email so I'm prompted to put in my password then it sends me an email with code which I put in then I am prompted to put in my 2FA. I get signed in on a separate Mozilla accounts page but when I click on the Account icon in the top right in my browser and sync starts it immediately fails and says "Account Disconnected". I noticed that this started happening after I updated my email/updated Firefox to 131.0 (64-bit) Windows. Not sure if any of it is related.

I have tried various things like:

1. Logging in and out (multiple times) 2. Refreshing Firefox 3. Checking that I am not always using Privacy Mode (I was not) 4. Changing Profiles, changing default profiles 5. Reinstalling Firefox

Nothing solves the problem. I am now unable to see any of my bookmarks or anything from my profile because sync never works. I want to add that this is NOT a problem on Android. The issue happens only on my desktop FF installation.

I have what i am sure is a common scenario, a work pc (mac) and home pc (linux), and I want to have a work profile and home profile that are independently synced across those PCs.

It's no problem to setup sync for the work profile but while setting up sync for the home profile it seems firefox doesn't grok that the home profile already exists and treats it like a new mozilla account.

In debugging this issue (and the "Primary account email required for sign-in" issue, which prevented me from signing in at all) i've come across numerous articles that imply this basic home<->home work<->work sync across 2 devices does not work with firefox. Is this the case? this is a basic (IMO mandatory) requirement for a browser in 2024 and even the difficulty of setting this up is super jarring coming from Chrome.
