running windows 11 on pc, all up to date and current ver. of ff.

I do genealogy research and wonder why firefox won't work as Chrome? I'm trying to copy 1850 census record to Excel spreadsheet for research purposes. Seems this can only be done in Chrome. Firefox can you do this as well? I've not been able to do it. PS not really fond of Chrome but have to use it.  Any suggestions?  Thank you, Linda

Almost my phone under third party control (G Suites) everything is gone. My family members and surrounded friends mobile had being hacked. Including my TV set being hacked and control by third party. Anything I touched my phone act very suspiciously. Anything I want I couldn't download.

For the last day I've been having a problem with FF slow to load. I've tried the troubleshoot mode with little change. When it does load I can have problems with certain web sites loading e.g. Youtube, MSNBC, AOL mail etc. It's never consistent. The cache is clean and I've saved all the relevant cookies, I checked my internet provider and they are having no problems and I don't seem to be having any internal hdw issues e.g. ethernet cable connections etc. I reinstalled FF-not a clean install and seemed to help for a time. Do I have any options other than a refresh? I don't seem to be having the same issues with Edge or Chrome. All W11 updates are current. I look forward to anyone's comments.

I have recently migrated to Firefox from Chrome.

I cannot paste images (screenshots) directly into my Outlook emails.

I can insert a picture file but this is way less convenient than taking a screenshot via the Snipping Tool and pasting directly into my emails.

I cannot find any setting or configuration that would enable this functionality.

This functionality sure worked in that other browser.

Hi I created my own proxy that has the normal login screen but it also uses a 2fa feature which I cant get to work with firefox, I was wondering if you just do not have another pop up after the login screen or is my proxy the issue.

I use the IRS form filler to pay my taxes...have for years with Firefox browser. This year (for 2024 return) when I sign into the site the 1040 form does not display correctly. the boxes are to the right and below the actual placement. I emailed IRS who said it is a setting in Firefox. I tried the site using Microsoft EDGE and it displays correctly. I have searched for possible solutions and tried them all like using/on and off excelerator, letting Firefox chose size and colors of sites, turned off Noton etc. I posted another question here but no replies or looks so maybe I did something wrong so I will try to post again. I have W10 fully updated and Firefox too up to date. I understand I could use Edge but never had to and prefer to use Firefox as I have before. any suggestions would be appreciated or where I can report a possible issue with Firefox. So basically, I'm trying to add a 2FA code, homever when I scanned the code using google authenticator, everything went normal. Homever, when I try to put in the code, firefox only lets me put 5 digits but not 6. Any solutions?

I have AdBlock installed. It's the only add-on. Recently, I keep getting domains where I've told AdBlock to allow ads asking me to allow ads every time. AdBlock shows as being stopped on those sites.

Is there some hidden blocker in Firefox I need to shut down?

I have tried restarting both firefox and my computer, disabled all extensions and started firefox in safe mode. When I try to right click on a firefox window from the taskbar it just disappears.

I have my computer connected to my TV so often when I open it up some windows will be on my TV which is behind my desk so its a pain to move them back without this function.

I have downloaded the youtube downloader that was recommended by firefox, but everytime i go onto youtube the downloader menu does not appear below the the youtube screen. Can you advise me on how to remedy this problem. The downloader was working previously some time ago then just disappeared. After the last update, the mouse wheel in the browser stopped working. This is very inconvenient, the pages do not scroll with the mouse wheel, only with the arrows on the keyboard.
