Please help me get logged in to my YouTube Premium account on my Firefox browser. For a long time it's been working fine on Firefox n ow today I get some kind of error message when I try to log in.

I am having problems with my Firefox, it will not load anything that I am working on, it tells me secure connection failure, connection to this site not secure and no internet connection.

I need sorting out asap please, also I am dyslexic and would like someone to call me to help, my number is [phone number removed]

When on laptop, I want to synchronize account to desktop. I try to log on but need to get authorization code. The code takes an unreasonable amount of time to arrive, to my phone sms or email. Please allow me to use a different way of logging in so that I don't have time to forget what I'm doing... signed grumpy old man Cheers, George

When logging in to a website that I use many times every day all day, all of a sudden I log on and all I get is a blank white screen. I have tried clearing everything, restarting Firefox, removing Firefox and re-installing it, rebooting the computer, starting Firefox in the safe mode but no change. The same problem shows up on three different computers on two different networks with two different ISPs. The website opens normally on Edge and Chrome. I would prefer to be able to use Firefox. Using version 139.0.4 (64-bit) on all three computers. I would really appreciate any help that is available.

can you give us the option to change the hotkeys/shortcuts please? is it possible for this to be an option for the future, I and I believe a lot of others switching from chrome to firefox would like the accessibility to change it as to what they're used to. Thank you very much for your time.

Hello, I received an email from you asking me to change my Firefox password for account security reasons. When I changed it, all the data synced in Firefox with my email was deleted. This upset me greatly because I lost important data and saved websites. Please restore the deleted data. Thank you.

I keep getting notifications, supposedly from Mozilla and/or Microsoft on lower right of my screen, telling me the system is infected. How do i determine if these messages are valid, or a scam ? Turned computer off and back on--messages keep popping up.

Firefox no longer opens up an html page when the link is in the email. The link can be opened manually. I have received email notifications that my email program does not handle html content emails. This started a couple of weeks or a month or so ago. I suspected Thunderbird was the problem so I removed it and installed the latest version. No change everything the same. So is the problem in Firefox ? As I installed Firfox with Ubuntu I need to wait on Ubuntu to fix the problem. If I delete Firefox and install directly will I lose all my links etc ? de Barry bewhite@bigpond.net.au ps could this be related to the well known Telstra fault in bigpond.net.au services ?
