The email address that was used when my Mozilla account was first set up no longer exists, I'm trying to change it but the site keeps sending the confirmation codes to the existing non-existent email address which I no longer have access to. How do I change the email address without losing any data?

The email address on my Mozilla account no longer exists. I am unable to change any data nor delete the account, since I cannot login to the old email address. Contact email: [edited from community support forum] @icloud.com

Unfortunately, this email account has been permanently deleted, and I no longer have any possibility to recover or access it.

I would like to know if it is possible to transfer my Firefox Account, including all associated data, synchronization information, and authentication methods, to a new email address:

New email: [edited from community support forum] @gmail.com

I am currently signed in to the Firefox Account on my mobile devices and can provide information about them if necessary.

had to change internet provider I can't change my e*mail address because it will send confirmation to old address that i don't have my new address is [email removed]@bright.net

Hi! I had a firefox account when I worked for the law firm McCormick Barstow a few years ago. I haven't worked there for a few years. I just set up firefox on my personal computer, but am having problems changing my primary email from my work email ([email address]) to my personal email ([email address]). Can you help? I need to update my email but to do so I am asked to write a code sent to the old email. that email is not longer existing so I cannot update nor change my email any help or suggestions? I am stuck in the login loop thank you

I would like to make a new account with an email account I control. Currently, the secondary email address can receive 2FA codes and such, but is there some way to transfer all of the history I have with the account to a new one? I cannot make the secondary email address the new one because my university email is now unable to receive emails such as 2FA codes.

i need to change my email since my old email go hacked, so i dont have access to my old email anymore. i still have access to my account since i am logged in on my phone and desktop. I have backup authentication codes if that helps. Codes are getting sent to my hacked email which i dont have access to.
