My custom web page I've used on all computers does not display correctly in FireFox.

It works in Chrome & Internet Explorer but not ForeFox.

It is plain HTML with no scripts or anything. Just links and some images for background etc.

I finally got tired of Chrome tracking me all over the place, so I returned to Firefox. I'm using a PC with Windows 7.

However, since I started using Firefox again, periodically a blurred bluish screen overlays my browser. I can tell the browser's still in the background, and sometimes part of the page will flash clear and then vanish just as quickly. Waiting doesn't resolve the problem. Nothing consistently causes this, although I am usually in Facebook, but I have to close the browser, losing my tabs, and reopen the browser. Since I never know when it's going to happen or what triggers it, I can't figure out what's going on. I've seen other queries in the community support forum, but they aren't exactly what's happening to me. Flash is up-to-date, the browser's up-to-date, malware screen finds nothing.

I'm out of ideas, but I really, really, really don't want to go back to Chrome, so if any of you has any idea what's going on here and how to resolve it, I'd love to have your input. Thanks!

windows xp and after update 51.0 any version will get a blurry user interface. see the attached screen shots

I have toyed around with all the gfx.font_rendering.cleartype_params parameters to no avail.

I have installed a game program that accept and handling such a `osu://` schema. URLs with such schema is provided in its site. By clicking it, browser would call up the game program (according the schema handler setting), then pass the URL to it.

This mechanism works fine, except it is a side-effect.

By clicking the osu:// URL (such like: osu://b/355852), Firefox would open a new window, but weirdly covered it into a http:// URL (like this: http://osu//b/355852 , which I copies from the new-tab's urlbar.).

This problem is not a big-up, but truely ... odd (because it appears only on this schema, the others, like ftp, ssh, irc..., work fine). So that I am interested in it. Is any clues to why this happens?

Hints:

• Schema handler is registered fine, because game program catch the URL correctly.
• Using FF Developer Edition 51.0a2 (2016-11-09) (64 bits), on Windows 7
• Tried disabling all add-ons, problem remains.

I cant figure out how to enlarge my Icons or text on my browser toolbars for Firefox v46. They are small for any theme I use...including default. My eyesight is poor & I need larger sizes. My older Firefox didn't have this problem...the Icons & text were much easier to see. Please help me to use this browser, because I cant use what I cant see. Thank you.

Hi, I used to have a FF popup window in the foreground when I clicked on a link in the main window. Then I had a problem with my computer and refreshed FF. Now the popup opens in the background. Any solutions?

Including this one, the Internet Archive, and Apple's new support site. An extra bar appears at the top of the screen as I scroll down. I have sensory processing issues, and animation triggers my migraines. Are there any ways to either:

have these bars appear during loading instead of while scrolling?

keep these bars from appearing while scrolling?

block the top of any javascript-based page?

Okay, so images show on most websites in Firefox, but on the galleries of Unesco http://whc.unesco.org/en/list/1469/gallery/ images don't show up at all. I tried in Internet Explorer and there it works fine. Quite sure it worked before at this website in Firefox but can't remember. Tried many different solutions in different FAQs but nothing worked. When I open Firefox a white box opens on the desktop behind the Firefox main window. How do I get rid of this? It's really annoying because I can't access anything behind it without having to quit firefox. Also when I click on Firefox in the dock, the main window doesn't open, the white box comes forward. I have a Macbook Pro with 10.11.4 operating system.

Hey, support side of Mozilla!

I have a weird problem. About a week ago, I noticed my theme wasn't loaded properly, so I went to the AddOns tab and, strangely, it's text, as though the style sheet forgot to load. I went to the Mozilla website to download a new theme, thinking this may fix the error.

And... It's all text, too. All Mozilla pages, exclusively, are text-only. All other websites function as normal. I returned to the AddOn panel and noticed that anything that may be "hosted" by a .mozilla website loaded as text. (However, not mozilla.com websites, just (something).mozilla.com websites.)

I have combed through the troubleshooting options (using Chrome, that's what I'm posting from now) and have tried everything. Cookies/history/whathaveyou cleared out. Firefox uninstalled and reinstalled seven times now. A few times I entirely deleted the Firefox folders as instructed. I even tried Nightly to see if it was just a weird bug with the current build of Firefox. Then, conversely, I tried an old build of Firefox.

All do the same thing. Sure, it works *okay*, but if I need anything from Mozilla, I'm out of luck.

I am using Linux (ZORIN) n have reinstalled it several times but it always remember d previous settings, why is it like that? That is not a feature but a hassle. Please help me, I don't want 2 have 2 reinstall d OS again..... confused!

• I have disabled addons one by one until i dont have any, still problem.
• Tried a fresh profile
• Tried updating the graphics drivers
• Made sure Flash and other plugins are up to date.
• Tried updating to the beta
• Tried with and without electrolysis enabled.

Chrome works fine.

The image is of Youtube when this happens.

I'm using the latest version of Firefox and YouTube won't display properly since the update to 46.0.1 . I have the same few add ons etc that I had when YouTube displayed properly and I tried uninstalling the only possible culprit (which is CleanTube) but even with CleanTube gone YouTube still doesn't display properly. How do I fix this? Thanks

When I click on the video button at the Google Hangout page, all I get is a black screen without any icons or toolbars. When I tried to upload a screen shot, the image wouldn't load.

Since my text color is white I just get a blank screen. Right now I am using internet explorer to communicate. My Firefox is completely useless because my screen is just white.

All of a sudden starting a few days ago, google books' pages are all blank (no matter what book I choose to preview) and now tonight instagram is coming up as a blank page. I don't know if the latest update did this. I'm assuming it did because I've never had this problem before in the many years I've used firefox.

I've dumped the cache for firefox several times. Restarted several times. No effect.

Both websites work fine on safari.

I'm on a imac 10.6.8 and firefox is now 46.01.

Could use some help and thank you in advance for any helpful suggestion...

There is a hop at Home ribbon task bar that appears every time I start up. I manually take it off but it reappears next time I start up. I want to lock task bar to keep it from coming back

The lines in my yahoo e-mail where it shows senders name & subject whether it's inbox, sent, or trash are so scrunched up I can't read them. When I go to move my courser over something I want to click on it show's hot before I get over top of it. My compose link doesn't work at all. It all works fine on internet explorer. Please help me solve this. I love firefox & don't want to have to leave it.
