Up until a few days ago, whenever I opened Firefox a right-side sidebar would open with the bookmark directory - including all bookmark folders visible at all times. Now I can't find how to do that. Instead there is this awful hover feature that has a VERY clunky and time consuming way to find an individual bookmark. How to change back to the prior method? Can I revert to the prior version of Firefox? Thank you!

Toolbars, bookmarks surrounding of desk, the print is way to small. The actual desk print and pictures, I can make larger, but not . I can change desk but not tools toolbars bookmarks.

How do I get rid of new, but stupid vertical sidebar? I do NOT NEED OR WANT even MORE junk taking up the screen space. Is Mozilla part of Microsoft now? How do I get rid of that junk?

I would like to make the toolbar and bookmark font larger. When I search for answer it keeps telling me to change layout.css.devPixelsPerPx to a larger number. I have done that a couple of times, and after restarting Firefox the font is still the same size. I search the community and didn't see an answer either, so figured I would ask. Thanks Jack

I had an issue today while on the Geocaching.com website where I started getting a lot of virus warnings continually popping up on the webpage. This continued to happen even after I left the website and quit Firefox then reopened Firefox to its homepage. I ultimately had to uninstall Firefox the reinstall it to get out of this problem. I am using Windows 11 (with current updates) and at the time, Firefox was also current in its updates. Running Windows Defender didn't resolve the issue. I finally got the settings for my browser back to where they were before all of this happened except now I have this annoying Customize Homepage button on the bottom right side of the homepage which I can not get rid of. For me, this may be a deal breaker. I am also using DuckDuckGo fo my search engine.

I need the same elements of the original browser, Top line, then below all the programs that are open, bookmarks on the side,cost important bookmarks on second line across the top

Is it possible to hide the green "New" label next to new features, such as the current "Add Split View" example? There should be an option for the label to be automatically removed once the feature has been used at least once.

I use Firefox as it is one of the last good browsers that isn't chromium based. However, I use it for work and like a nice clean PROFESSIONAL look.

With the introduction of version 149, I see new cartoonish fox icons pop up all over the place. After a little research it appears to be Kit, the firefox mascot.

Let me be clear, I don't hate the mascot, he's cute. But that is not what I want in a browser. I find his appearance and lack of ability to eliminate him infuriating.

I try to run a firefox in a as minimalistic state as possible. Intruducutions of this character, make the browser feel cartoony and childish. Things I despise in an application. I know many people like him, but I would like the option to not have him appear in the application at all.

I was able to successfully remove him from the certificate warning page setting the flag: security.certerrors.felt-privacy-v1 --> FALSE.

However, I can't find other places to remove this nuisance. Take a look at the attached screenshot. Things like this are not welcome without a way to disable it.

Do you have any documentation or instructions I can use to disable this childish nonsense and restore an adult browser again?
