Basically title.

Every time I close the browser and re-open it, the favicons disappear. I use the favicons to navigate to websites on my bookmark toolbar, but they're missing from my regular bookmarks, too.

I found an old thread that appeared similar, and the solution was to take a working copy of the favicons.db file and re-import it if it breaks (while the browser application is closed). However, this did not work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Whenever I try to resize the fonts using control - and control + keys, only the reading window gets resized leaving the toolbar ribbon and tabs the same size. The real problem is when you open any extension, it also shows in very big fonts which makes doing down to the bottom of the extension window nearly impossible.

Is there any solution to this issue? Please let me know.

I tried to do the fix using userChrome.css but it just didn't work. Am I doing something wrong?

Also the fullscreen animation fix using the about:config settings doesn't work either.

Hello! i wanted to report that i got an small annoying white outline formed around the screen, i tried to reset every preferences, yet didn't worked, to reload Firefox? neither work. It's only appearing on Firefox, not anywhere else. Someone can help me to get rid of this white outline? Thanks!!!

When I click on a link to open a page, there ia a read and sign docs message which blocks part of the page and can not be removed. I don't want this blocking my page.

I have recently got a new work laptop and have imported my bookmarks and passwords. However, I am unable to get the bookmarks toolbar to show up? The usual way of enabling it to always show or only show on new tabs doesn't work and I have a message on the toolbar that says "For quick access, place your bookmarks here on the bookmarks toolbar. Manage Bookmarks..." But nothing works. Please can you assist as it is driving me nuts.

Is there a way to remove the thumbtacks and rounded edges off the shortcuts in the newest version?

I love Firefox otherwise, but the thumbtacks look terrible and are distracting. I use the shortcuts dozens of times daily to open my most frequent sites.

Please remove the thumbtacks and overly rounded edges in the new version.

Is there a way to hide the thumbtacks?

Why are these showing up now? They were never there before. Is there a way to hide them or make them disappear? They are ugly, distracting to look at and unnecessary. I tried one about:config solution, but it did not work. Please fix this. See screenshot. The black tacks should not be visible, but now they are.

When I have firefox open for a while, not sure how long, the display starts to mess up on some pages. When I print those pages, the words are still messed up. One place is printing things form the Virginia Department of Taxation I-File. I do not like to close out of the browser every single day and with other browsers I do not have to. This is new and started this year. Not sure when. How do I fix this issue without having to restart the browser and close out of everything all the time?

When you right-click on a window thumbnail, a menu should appear, but instead the window thumbnail just disappears. The screenshots show 1) a Firefox mini-window 2) a mini-window that just disappeared when you right-click 3) a mini-window of any other program 4) the menu that appeared is as it should be Otherwise the browser works absolutely fine for a long time. But this problem causes a lot of inconvenience because I have 2 monitors.

Please see enclosed screenshot, it happens when I set a video full screen. It doesn't happen all the time but randomly. The screenshot shows the video before it starts hence the black screen. Refreshing the page gets rid of it but I'd like to know what's causing it in the first place. Using latest Firefox 137.0.2, Windows 10.

Firefox recently offered a choice of having open tabs appear in a sidebar on the left side. This is great but the tabs and sidebar stay visible when engaging the f11 full screen mode. This makes an awkward appearance when trying to view in full screen - such as movies or any other. The address bar at the top is hidden with f11, but the side tabs and their vertical side bar remain visible. I believe Firefox would be more desirable if the f11 key also hid the side bar. This is how Microsoft's Edge browser functions. Can't have a true full screen if the sidebar and tabs remain visible. The full screen functions works well if the sidebar function is turned off in settings but this makes it awkward for a user who wishes to use the sidebar tabs with a full screen mode. More recently, for the past few months maybe, I sometimes get a white menubar when Firefox is in the forefront. Clicking on it will restore the menubar.

I want to pin a couple of extension to my toolbar, and not have them buried in the Extensions drop down. I used to have this, but had to reload my computer and lost it.

I cannot see the text I highlight for copy or links so I don't know if it's copied or not- is there a way to adjust that? It's very irritating..
