Good day, I'm trying to use my TAB key on my keyboard to move to the next input but instead it only functions as an Enter key now. Which means I physically need to use my mouse to click on the next input field in order to move to the next section. Such a small and basic function that is now gone- and unfortunately a deal breaker for me using Firefox. I need to work fast, working through thousands of lines of data, I cannot sit and click on every field. None of the fixes I've found works.

Recently the shortcuts on the Firefox browser started being greyed out and not accessible. Using iOS ver 18.7.2. Tried lots of different things to chess them but no luck so far. A major impediment to usability

As a user of Firefox has been a good experience up till three weeks ago YouTube will not load. I cant play any of there videos this is been on going for three weeks. Ive asked you to fix it but so far you aren't doing anything about it. My operating system is windows 10 64 bits. Can you please look into this and get it fixed. I am facing an accessibility issue in Firefox when I try to use a screen reader on different online forms. The problem appears when the page has multiple dynamic fields. The screen reader skips some labels and does not read the updated content after new options appear.

I noticed this recently while checking an online service form similar to the eight one seven one web portal where the form loads new sections based on user input. In Firefox the screen reader does not announce these new sections, but in another browser it reads everything correctly.

I have already tried the following steps: Clearing cache Restarting Firefox Testing with two different screen readers Trying safe mode

The issue remains the same.

I want to know: Is this a known accessibility issue related to dynamic form updates Is there any setting in Firefox that helps screen readers detect newly loaded elements Do I need to change anything in the accessibility permissions or advanced settings

I would really appreciate guidance because this affects users who depend on screen readers for completing online applications.

I am having problems navigating using Voice Control which I believe was previously called Voice Over, which allows me to control and type with my voice. It works on Safari however on the Firefox desktop app it is completely broken and I cannot give any commands and typing text doesn't work on some website such as ChatGPT.

I found an old article explaining the support has been added however I don't understand why I can't use Voice Over at all on my Mac.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

At about 9 AM EST, 11/12, Firefox did an update that rendered accessibility through my voice navigation software inoperable. I need to use this to navigate the web due to disabilities with my hands. The system could no longer recognize any thing buttons or words on webpages, including the Firefox tabs at the top left of screen. I posted a question about this on 11/13. Later that afternoon, the functionality was restored. However, this morning, 11/13, this functionality has vanished again. Can this please be restored? Something obviously went awry in the coding with this most recent update. Thank you.

Firefox just did an update about 9 AM on 11/12/2025. I use dictation software to navigate the webpages due to disabilities with my hands. The software can no longer recognize any of the tabs at the top of the screen, nor any of the buttons on webpages. This makes it almost impossible for me to navigate on the web. Something must have gone wrong/been overlooked in your coding with this update. Can this please be fixed?

The "Subject" pretty much describes my specific question. You will see an example in the screenshot I uploaded. When I increase the screen using comm + the type is too large & the video shrinks. ((although, somehow, the screen becomes smaller even though I'm enlarging it). Even with my reading glasses, I can't see 95% of the type.

I've poured through everything (i think) on the website, and I made some changes, but they didn't make a difference (other than getting rid of those miserable recommended videos on the side).

I have another question: Do I have to use a secondary email address: my Dept. of Ed. Outlook address, but I've just retired, and won't have access to it in about six months. I also don't want the DOE all up in my business: emails are legal documents forever & ever.

Lastly, the "Share Data" link says "the internal workings of your browser." What does that mean?

The 'reader pane' on my microsoft email remains blank. It used to show me the body of the email on the right side of the screen.I now have to open/download the email to read it. Is there a way to resume the prior arrangement?

Trying to set up Firefox on new computer. Haven't used log-in for years. My email account is closed. So code is sent to defunct email. How can I get access to my account so I can change my email address and get Firefox synced to my new computer? The main screen (desktop) there were 4 rows of bookmarks connecting me (user) with the websites that are frequently connected. Recently after restarting the desktop computer, those shortcut bookmarks no longer display. Plus I'm unable to connect to the record of bookmarks previously saved using the star icon.
