Mozilla has lost my password to log in. How do I re-establish that password if I cannot log in? How d I use my recovery key?
I have entered both possible passwords I know and neither workig and it wont let me chanage without knowing the old one.

My primary password was change on June 16, 2026. I did not initiate the change, nor have information about the new password. I have recovery keys I would like to try. I am not certain whether when the password was changed the recovery keys were as well.
The first step in support instructions is to click >forgot password< button at sign it. There is no such button.
