I am on MacBook Pro Venture 13.4.1, firefox 147.0.1. How do I restore old windows with their tabs? I tried to have only one of my 5 windows (with tabs) opening every time I opened firefox. Always two opened, the second one was always the same and not one I had most recently used. Couldn't find an answer, so I went to settings and turned off "Open previous windows and tabs" and turned off firefox and back on again. Then all my windows were gone! How do I get those 5 windows back?

This worked when I changed between different windows devices last year, but this time it seems stuck. I will check on a windows device when able, but in the meantime, are there any other ways to troubleshoot this?

However, unfortunately, I realized that some Add-ons (extensions) where missing from the Firefox's "Gallery of Extensions". Among them, the well known and valuable extension '"Enhancer for YouTube", which I have installed on every browser that I use. So, if I don't find a solutions for this issue, I am about uninstall the Firefox and reinstall it from Mozilla's Website..

I am getting an access denied message with shop.coop.co.uk, but not with any other UK online shopping site.
I have tried all the usual suggestions like reboot, clear cache, remove proxy, and I do not have VPN.
I have downloaded the html of the message, and taken a screenshot of it as shown below. Looking into the html, there are references to Incapsula, which may suggest where the problem lies?
This problem started when I had to change my Virgin Media hub from Super Hub 2 to Hub 4 around July last year.
One suggestion that is often made is to delete cookies. However it is not clear which cookies may be relevant.
Any ideas on how to identify the source of this issue will be most welcome.
