I had to reinstall my win11. I restart my mozilla password because I have forgotten it but after login there is nothing to sync so all my bookmarks and passwords are gone. Is there any option to sync it again?

XUL Runner platform version 129.01 is not compatible with 129.0 miniversion 129.0 maxversion 129.0 When this happened at first I did not have the use of Firefox. I then went to Firefox and down downloaded Firefox and started over. Then I went to go to my bookmarks and could not find them, bummer. I need to get the first date I accessed a page via link. In the browser history that date is displayed however when I click on that link again, the date gets updated to the current time. This destroys the original access date. Is it somehow possible to get a real history about each time an URL was visited?

I regularly use a VPN and recently noticed last ~3-6 months that I am having trouble loading most any websites on Firefox for Mac while on a VPN. These sites will load on VPN on other browsers fine (i.e. Safari) and WILL load on Firefox when VPN is turned off. What could be the issue here? It appears to be Firefox specific to Mac since the configuration works fine on my iPhone. Thanks!

I just spent three hours trying to troubleshoot a recording playback problem on my Arlo Pro 4 Cameras with Arlo Support. After trying several different potential solutions, we were able to resolve the issue. Without going into too much detail, we were able to determine it was the browser. The Cameras were able to play back as expected in both Microsoft Edge browser and Apple Safari browser. Technical support at Arlo has in their documentation that HEVC is not supported in Firefox. Anyone know about this?

My Firefox version is current 131.0.2 (64-bit)

Hello, Mozilla Community I'm contacting you to request assistance with a Mozilla Firefox issue that I'm experiencing when trying to access the following website: https://themonak.com/www-bageltechnews-com/. I'm not sure if there's a bug in the website, if it's incompatible with some browsers, or if the browser is blocking anything, but it won't load.

Does anyone else have experience with this issue or suggestions for a solution? I've tried clearing my browser's cache and deleting extensions, but the problem persists.

I would appreciate any guidance or thoughts on making the website easier to use. I appreciate your help in advance.

When I browse now using Firefox, I seem to be coming up with results out of Canada, not the U.S., where I reside. This has only been happening recently. How do I fix this?

As is known, Google likes to offer to sign in users on 3rd party sites. I have no interest in using Google to sign in to websites. How does it even know I'm there? It's following me around the web. I've tried in vain to find a way to turn this feature off. Does anybody know how to do it?

Hello, I would like to ask you why i can't translate on greek and russian althought i already downloaded the languages in the translator's settings? Can you help me to fix it.

Same as previous users over the last 6-12months. I've tried just about everything.

Intermittent no sound on streams unless you refresh or change stream resolution (which i imagine refreshes the stream).

This only occurs on Twitch using FF, other browsers work fine.

Cannot open website or log in from smile bank page. Been logging in ok for many years. Works on my android phone and other browser. Cleared history and caches as described and updated firfox recently https://bank.smile.co.uk/r/frmAccountProduct

I keep a large number of tabs open but occasionally go through them and close the ones I'm no longer interested in (with the X next to the entry in the tab bar). However when I then close firefox and restart firefox they are all back in the tab bar. This is relatively new behavior, perhaps a few weeks.

How can I fix this.

I am trying to read the Wall Street Journal online, but I receive the subject message. Not a problem with other browsers. I need a relatively easy fix to continue with Firefox as I am not a sophisticated trouble shooter

My library does not show its contents. MacOSx Catalina, Firefox.

I can see the list of contents in the left side (icon Chat with PDF). But when I open ‘my library’ (upper right), this page opens but there is nothing in it. If I click ‘load more files’ still now show my content.

It worked well until 2 days ago. Now, its impossible to read papers that I have uploaded.

If I use Safari, everything is okay: I can see the list of contents and the contents. In Firefox, I can see the list, but not the contents.

A website (https://www.my.commbank.com.au/netbank/Logon/Logon.aspx) will not load in Firefox on my PC but will on my laptop and in other browsers. I have cleared cookies etc as advised but it will still not load. There is no error message, just a blank screen.

Why won't Firefox let me sign into my account on hallmark.com/login? It keeps telling me it looks like I am not a human. I have already gone down the path with Hallmark and they had me delete the cookies and change the password but that did not work and they will send the issue to a different department but it seems to be on the Firefox side as I can open my account at Hallmark.com using Chrome but I would like to open it with my Firefox browser?
