I'm suddenly getting repeated/multiple Mozilla Firefox "Browser Alerts", "System Warnings," and "McAfee Critical Virus Alerts" that are wrong and dysfunctional. They pop up every few seconds. They contain "Remove virus now" and "quick scan" buttons, but these only take me to a bright red screen that says:

"Deceptive site ahead Firefox blocked this page because it may trick you into doing something dangerous like installing software or revealing personal information like passwords or credit cards."

These come even though I haven't tried to access any "deceptive sites." I have to x all of them out to clear my screen.

There's obviously a defect in your warning system. How do I stop this?

For the past few days I have been getting 'pop-ups' showing various Error messages; e.g. 'Trojan virus found'; 'Trojan Detected'; 'System alert'; 'Attention'; 'McAfee virus found'; 'McAfee license has expired'; plus others. These messages are followed by various instructions followed by "via (string of characters).natrixa.co.in. I have run my security software (Norton 360) several times and no virus or other problems have been found. These 'pop-ups' are exceedingly annoying. Any idea how to get rid of them? Since the latest Firefox upgrade I get about 30 pop up ads from you scaring me about security. I have run a diagnostic and am confident I do not have any issues. I will soon leave you all together despite the hassle of chaging

I'm blaming the latest Firefox update from a couple of days ago, since this problem only arose yesterday. Now cut off from reading and following news that I really want to receive.

Several days ago a trio of "warnings" all labeled Mozilla Firefox popped up on my monitor. They included "Critical Error! Remove viruses now", "Warning! Virus Detected Clean Your Device" (with the choice of Renew Now {? renew what?} or Update Windows), "Warning! Your system is damaged by virus attack via d9BvqdcBn2sc73dc4btg.korvapod.co.in Remove the virus now", "Trojan Detected! (choose Remove virus now or Quick Scan), and variations on all of the above. I ran a malware scan from another provider and their advice was that this was an attempted hack so under no circumstances should I click on anything. They definitely said it wasn't from Mozilla Firefox. BUT they also couldn't find any traces anywhere in my computer. So for the past 5 days, I've been functioning with a partial screen, maybe 3/5 of full screen, because those darned "warnings" cannot be physically moved off the screen. How can I get rid of this mess? Thanks.

Firefox has this pop-up warning that tells me that my http connection on my home network isn't secure. I need a way to disable this. The reason being that Firefox' pop-up blocks me from accessing my password mangers pop-up which is hidden beneath the Firefox one. Please help and thank you.

I keep getting messages on my phone that says the messages are from different websites or apps but they all have the same site listed above and when I click on it, it takes me to a banking site.

I keep getting pop-up messages from something called Webroot, which is purportedly working with you. It asks permission for "Webroot Web Threat Shield Extension for Mozilla Firefox" to gather information about the web pages I visit. Is this legitimate, or a scam to gather information used in surveillance or marketing?

I have several pop up ads stating viruses and trojan horses have been found. These are all trojan horses that they want to infect my system with. They are coming from Mozilla Firefox and I have no idea how to delete the pop up ads from my screen and computer. I do know they are false as I have McAfee and Malwarebytes and they both show that I do not have any viruses. I know if I ask them to fix this they will infect my computer. I need to know how to delete them thanks
