The recovery key for Firefox I saved a year ago won't work today. The Mozilla record of my secondary email address is corrupted and won't display, but when I try to add it the error is that the email address already exists. But it doesn't exist anywhere in the online account record data available to me! I need to enter new email addresses for both my primary and secondary firefox accounts. I'm almost 85 and feel resentful regarding the befuddlement of self service tech support that wastes so many hours on uncertain guessing about tech stuff I don't understand or know where to turn for resolution.

Without the correct password, I cannot sign in. However, I want to use Firefox on Windows 11. When I searched with a 6-digit number, I was not specific enough and my got the wrong? Firefox account. Walk me through this please.

I don't remember signing up for Microsoft OR Mozilla. but I've been using Firefox for years. I have Microsoft, which may be [edited] @gmail.com, as I changed it from that to [edited] @gmail.com years ago, and haven't logged in for years.

setting up new laptop - downloaded Firefox and when trying to sign in have forgotten password. Entered the code emailed to me but wants 32 character account recovery key - don't know where to get that.

I haven’t used Firefox in years. Recently, I got a new Mac M mini with the M4 chip and I’m trying to use Firefox as my primary browser because many websites don’t seem to work with Safari. Now, I’m facing a big dilemma. I don’t remember the password for Firefox from the past. It doesn’t seem to remember it, and I can’t change it. Every time I try to use Firefox, it keeps asking for this password. Can you please help me reset the password and set up a Firefox account that works seamlessly with my fingerprint as a password? If this is not possible, I’ll have to choose not to use the service.

I created an account to use on my Linux machines. From the start I have had nothing but issues. The very first password I setup and immediately had the browser save wouldn't work an hour later. Still signed in on the original machine I had setup the account on but got an incorrect password error when attempting to login on another machine. I know the password was correct. Regardless I changed the password thinking it might fix the problem. It didn't. I just got signed out of the first machine. After some fighting I got a password to work and was able to get signed in on all 3 machines. Attempting to sign in on a fourth machine I get the incorrect password error. Go to my account from one of the machines that is currently signed in and verify it is the correct password. Decided to change password again to see if that works as it did previously. You have to enter the old password to set a new one. It says the password is incorrect. I was able to login on my phone using the Google account login option. Please help.

Sp I went away for 18 months and I got out of jail with nothing, no devices at all.So I'm trying to get back into my accounts My recovery account is [edited from public] @outlook.com, I have all the info to all my account there, but I don't remember the password or it's just locked me out I don't know.That account is also the recovery for firefox too. So I'm not sure how to get that info, but it's here someplace on this browser

when I tried to download the app, it says i already have an account but I don't know my password?? I do have Mozilla as my browser but I have been using Outlook for my emails.
