FredMcD you asked if I could post a link to the Map . . this is the link to the page that has the map. Normally it would simply pop up as Elk Grove Village as that is the website this is in, but it does not and I can not enter the name of the city in the box provided. The map is at the bottom of this page.

I refreshed firefox and while refreshed it was saying browser history etc were backed up but when my tabs were restored my browser history and passwords were not appearing anymore.

Have played FB games for years but Hidden Express suddenly stopped working correctly. I have tried everything I can think of with Fire fox browser. Last effort was a refresh. Hidden Express technical support gave me suggestions which I have done but no help. Any suggestions would be great. Fire fox and Chrome are the recommended browsers or this game.

I'm on Facebook, only browser open is Fire Fox, FB freezes up and I get this "Page is slowing down Firefox, press STOP." to spped it up, what Page? I'm only on one page and its Face Book, get this when I'm on other sites too, and Other Browsers don't do this crap. Only fire fox does.

Hi. Can anyone tell me if it would be possible to display all 3 rows of toolbar bookmarks in my bookmark toolbar? It used to show 3 rows, but I changed my monitor's display settings to make the text bigger, and now I can only see the first row of bookmarks at the top of the screen in Firefox. Thanks.

Hello, I have intermittent problems of not receiving certain emails on my Commander.net.au server. For reasons unknown emails which contain documents such as newsletters or greeting cards do not arrive in my email account. I have checked with the sender and they have definitely been sent to the correct address but never arrive. Commander claim there is no firewall to prevent this from happening. Is there a Firefox firewall that is stopping these emails?? Many thanks, Steve

When I search for driving schools in my area; my driving school comes up with two stars. Several months back my 4.9 rating with over three hundred reviews would come up. Someone changed the way it is coming up and it's showing two stars with one review from Yelp? Please help me. This is not fair?

Hi. Today after booting up the laptop I got the message in the screenshot from Avast antivirus. Can you help me determine whether it is a false positive? I opened firefox once, I had no connection to the internet (website not found errors), then closed firefox, opened it again and then the message popped up.

Firefox just updated with version 100 and I've lost (or can't find) the option to restore my last session. What's up with that? I need help please.

Ever since the update I have no visible Tabs but only bookmarks.... I can go to a website(tab created) and then go to another bookmark that is shown but when I close it it closes firefox. I've tried to download an older version such as 90.0 but it automatically downloads the newest vers. of 102. see attached pic... once upon a time the tabs were at top and if I decided to close it, it would close but it wouldn't close firefox, I would just go to another tab. Quit upgrading for the sake of upgrading! If it ain't broke, don't fix it!!! I need some assistance..

I'm a regular user & used Firefox since long time on my PC & Smartphones i loved this browser. Firefox is my main browser and there are more than 50 website Login & Passwords saved on my Firefox account. Because i trust Firefox so much. I don't keep passwords anywhere except Firefox & i don't even remember all this logins. Recently i forgot my Firefox password and just reset the password unaware of that is caused delete all my logins. So when i reset i lost all my important logins and password. I don't no why you guys did this and now i lost all my hopes. i cant even log my Facebook, Instagram, twitter and so many important websites i daily using. Please i appreciate if recover my old logins & password to this Firefox account and let me keep using Firefox in future.

"Sorry, the video player failed to load.(Error Code: 101104)" - this error message happens on some sites but not others. I believe there are more than one type of streaming transmission but do not know how to determine which is failing. For example, the streaming daily report on Democracynow.org fails while the reports on http://www.bbc.com/news/video_and_audio/international does not. This has been a problem for weeks now. I view both of these sites every day but must now use Microsoft Edge (ugh) to view democracynow.org.

When I get a list of search results I often select more than one, and I do that by right-click and 'open in new tab'. This has stopped working all of a sudden. I can see Firefox opening a new tab, but it immediately closes it again. Opening in the same tab works fine but not a new tab. How do I fix this? Other than using a browser that doesn't fuck me around of course.

I synced forefox data with my email account and when I restore my phone and again sign in error coming ? I also did this on pc but no bookmarks that got synced came and all my storage sites passwords are gone!! what should I do now?

using firefox, utube has dropped the feature of being able to remove timestamps on transcripts. Has anyone figured out how to get them back as an option to remove them? Thanks for your help.

I updated my Foxfire who is my browser. It updated but did it also download the update. I have no way to tell. I have no one to help me here so reaching out for help with a Real Live Person. I am not especially computer literate I am sad to say! Thank You!
