I'm having an issue with Fidelity Investments website logging me off after 5-10 minutes of inactivity. Before Fidelity's website redesign, I could go at least 30 minutes or more without having to login again. It seems now I have to login constantly.

I have contacted Fidelity, but the said it was a Firefox issue, however, I cannot find any information about this issue (or I don't know where to look).

How do I extend the time before needing to login again? Thoughts on if is this even a Firefox issue or is it Fidelity's website?

I opened my bookmarks today to find out that all my bookmarks are showing the same web address (Chevrolet.com). And when I went to Recovery, I only found the backup that Firefox did today with the single web address for all my bookmarks. Firefox was updated to version 120 on 11/21/2023.

Firefox crashed and I couldn't get it restarted. I had to uninstall it and reinstall it. I lost all of my bookmarks, logins and other information. What do I do to recover it?

I am using firefox 120.0 version. I use OneDrive extensively, but now when I open a folder and type my info to search on. It no longer works. I have cleared cache. I have uninstalled/reinstalled. Power off/Power on my system. Confirmed I am using the latest version. The search on OneDrive works in Chrome, but I prefer using Firefox. Any other suggestions I can try?

I used Firefox Sync when I bought my new computer and it worked perfectly. This time, I had to reset my computer and forgot my password. Using my account associated email, I reset my password and my information was gone.

I am suddenly getting pop-up windows from "Firefox Software Updater" as soon as I click the Firefox icon on my desktop (Windows 11) and laptop (Windows 10). The Firefox log in the pop-up is not in color, so I am immediately suspicious. The pop-up window did not happen on my laptop yesterday, but I got it on my desktop today, for the first time. I have answered "no" to the "do you want this app to make changes to this computer?". Is this legit from Mozilla? Usually, the browser updates automatically when I click the icon, saying I am now using the latest version of Firefox. Thank you.

I'm getting errors when trying to make online card payments with Firefox. Things like, Invalid card number, not being able to type number in box provided, (No Cursor). It works ok on some sites but not others. However, if I switch to the Edge browser all transactions work perfectly. This has been happening for some time (Windows 11). I'm thinking this could be a bug but not sure.

What would cause websites not responding. I have no malware and the cache is clean. Could it be in the properties, or whatever.

My computer crashed while updating from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Unfortunately, I had someone look at it and he formatted my hard drive and only did a partial backup of files. I thought my Mozilla Firefox account was syncing, but it seems like it did not happen in a while. Does anyone know if there's any hope in recovering the lost tabs and bookmarks? I have attempted to follow published instructions on how to manage extensions but the steps described are completely wrong. When I click the extensions icon, it opens the add-ons tab (does not present a list of extensions). There is no "gear" next to any of my extensions; just the on/off button and the .... button.

How can I force an extension to show on the toolbar?

Firefox is up to date (version 120.0).
