I had to reset Windows 11 and reinstall Firefox but I don't have passwords and bookmarks that were there. Is it possible to restore them? Thank you for your help.

I was using PC and a window popped up saying "allow Firefox to make changes" and I clicked allow! Shortly thereafter my PC froze and I had to power it down. Now Firefox looks completely different and all my bookmarks and links to everything is gone. Also all my saved email logins and information!

Please help me reverse this change, I hate it!! Betty Turner

Lately, every time I turn on my computer, Google comes up as my browser. I believe that Avast, for which I have a paid subscription, is responsible for this hijacking. I have never used Google as a browser, nor do I wish to. I have to constantly maneuver to use Firefox. I am not omputer savy, so I need help.

1. How can I prevent this? 2. Is there a Federal Agency to complain to? 3. Is Firefox aware of this?

1. Mozilla email address 2. When I use Mozilla-Firefox to look for products on Amazon, you don't show the "SIZE" pull downs that are visible using Google Chrome or EDGE. I'm sure this is not good for business. I would prefer to remain on Mozilla, but somehow Amazon has blocked you from showing the size choices, and subject prices!!!

I subscribed to Relay and VPN on Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2023, and paid the annual fee ($82.66); however, after looking at all the features of Relay, I decided that it was too complicated for me and I cancelled the subscription the same day. I have not received a refund yet.

Previously, I had been paying for the VPN monthly, and I do want to keep that and can pay for it annually. So the annual amount for the VPN could be withheld from the amount I paid and the refund could be for Relay portion only, if that's possible. If not, I will continue to pay for the VPN monthly.

Please advise as to how long before I will see my refund.

I am using Firefox for my emails and I can't now see some of the Unread Messages on my screen. My Firefox version seems to have changed and before it had a folder of Unread Messages and it still does but when I click on that word, it does not show the Unread Messages.. There are 8 messages there so how can I see them?

When I try to print a check from QBO, the text for the check is scrambled. If I try this incognito, it works. I have also experienced this when trying to print documents from web applications.

I was looking for tickets on site for hockey using firefox but I get Sorry, Your Session Expired to start again, please return to the previous page/tab and re-click the link (refreshing this page might not work). I go back and then go again to the site and it still comes up with that message. However, it works in Microsoft Edge without any problems. Any reason for this?

Have noticed that some web pages, where I am member, I can't activate the log in button any longer. I press the button but for some reason I dont get the pop up window were I am able to fill in my name and password anylonger. Same, when I am logged on to my bank and want to look att documents on the web page I can not activate these by clicking on them. I can click as much as I want but the documents won't open. First time I noticed this was in the summer when I couldn't open documents in my bank and now I can not even log on to a sertain page were I am member cause I can't activate the log on button by clicking it. Don't even know where to start looking cause this have happened from an update so it is nothing I have deliberately changed in my Firefox. I have the latest update.

The last couple of days, Firefox opens in a three-quarter screen size window. I don't want "full-screen" mode but I do want the window to take up my whole desktop when I'm using it. There are no buttons to maximise or minimise and no dragging arrows when I hover over the edges. I don't know why this is happening all of a sudden. How do I fix it please?

I don't know why when I click my Firefox the Mid-day Gujarati page comes up on my screen. And Indian adverts appear down the right-hand side of my screen. This has started recently. I live in the UK and don't have any connections with India.

in our organization we use your program, but we recently noticed that the updates removed the option for vertical and horizontal printing from the printing menu, and the problem was solved by communicating with the support team. We added lines of code layout.css.page-size and we convert from true to false, but in the new update 119 we noticed This code has been deleted from your program's library The options for vertical or horizontal printing in any form no longer appear

Why??

How can we solve this problem other than downloading the Esr version We want to keep up with updates with you without any printing glitches

Firefox displays text in a garbled, unreadable fashion. HP desktop, 64-bit Windows. This is why I stopped using FireFox years ago; I wanted to see if it had improved. Is there a solution? See attached PAINT file of screen image.
