Am trying to update my email address. When I try to make the secondary the primary, it wants a verification code entered. The field for this code will not let me paste it or enter it manually. Will this glitch be fixed soon?

Thank you for your assistance in advance. Since I updated my browser, I've encountered some issues when trying to maximize the virtual screen in my tv. I use a Mac and connect the screen to a web TV to watch YouTube in my big tv. However, when I click to maximize the window, the connection becomes unstable, and the virtual screen disappears every time I click the YouTube icon to do this. This problem never occurred before. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Please let me know if you require any additional information from me.

When choosing biometrics for 2-factor authentication, sometimes Firefox will only prompt for a physical hardware key, and Touch ID does not work. Support for built-in biometrics is inconsistent.

Hi - I can't get 'pocket recommends' stories to appear in FF on my macbookpro (14.4.1)

I've done pretty much everything I can find online including the below – nothing works

When I goto to YT Homepage it will play all the sounds of the downloaded video's when I hover with the mouse.

But I want to hear the sound of that video AFTER I selected that Video or clicked on the title.

I added the Save to Pocket (mini) extension to Firefox 125.0.2 today. When I look at the collection of articles I've saved to Pocket (I've been using Pocket for years) in the browser, I only see 8 articles. But when I open Pocket on my iPhone and iPad, the list of articles I've saved is much more longer (an estimate would be between 50 and 75 articles saved to Pocket). I haven't found any articles in Mozilla support to help me solve this. Thanks

Firefox 125.0.2 on Mac

When I press shift+cmd+D to bookmark all open tabs, instead of the links being saved to the designated folder, they are all saved to "Bookmarks Menu". The designated folder itself also appears with these links but it itself is empty.

I would expect shift+cmd+D to bookmark all links in the folder and the folder to appear in "Bookmarks Menu". This is what use to happen ages ago. I'm not sure what caused the change in behavior. Anyone have any ideas on fixing this?

New install of Firefox set up with a 'wrong' email account. Tried to use the 'Mozilla account' page to fix this by using secondary email and then making it primary. But the secondary email I want to use is not allowed by Firefox giving an 'Account already exists' error. What should I do?

When logging into an account there are multiple usernames (incorrect or older.) I would like to remove or delete them, but keep the current passwords.

Is that possible without deleting the account?

So on my macbook when I enable fullscreen the anmation is super weird. first it stretches the video to the top and then just expands to the whole screen, when I go out of fullscreen is stretches to the bottom and then goes out off fullscreen. for example on safari it just expands the video until it takes up the whole screen. I have gone in about:config and disabled the fullscreen animation but that did nothing.
