I can't begin to tell you because the whole set up is a mess. Tiny print (regardless of instructions) pages won't open, often can not get access to page, and each time you make a change, it get's worse. With 2 new updates your requested me to make (3.7 & 3.8) I afraid my computer will be ruined. You also request I upgrade to adobe 10.1. I don't know how. Am I suppose to simply install it or do I uninstall 7.9 first and when will all your problems with firefox stop being my problems? How do I talk to a real person? You sure aren't like dealing with Apple. Firefox not user friendly unless you are a scientist.

First I have to say that I find Firefox very well conceived. I am a big fan and I think I will still be using it. However.....

It is amazing to see how many un-answered or un-solved posts on "How do I delete visited websites from the url-bar" or "History will not clear in address bar" can be found here. I am not so much annoyed by this flaw in Firefox as I am WORRIED by whom and where the undeletable datas from the History are stored? Where on my computer can I have access to them? Are they maybe stored online as well? Do Firefox have access to them? In this case there might be a slight breach in our Privacy Rights..........

I may be a little paranoiac here but there is an undeniable observation: Firefox won't let us access to all of the datas saved by the History. If someone could be able to tell me where on my hardw drive (or elsewhere) the visited websites are stored, that would prevent me from thinking that a serious conspiracy is being undertaken within Firefix's staff.

When I search for 'voice coach' I see thumbnail of my website but shows old version picture. New version has been in existence for 2 years. Same on all browsers too. Same on new Macbook Pro so it isn't a cache clearing issue.

Where is the best place for suggesting/requesting features? If something like this already exists, please let me know. I often wish when I select a word to right click and choose dictionary to to find out the meaning of the word. Currently I have to copy, go to a dictionary web page, paste and search. And I spent a lot of time for that. I'm not that technically oriented to suggest how this can be achieved but just as an idea, may be Mozilla can partner with dictionary web sites by making a plug ins or include a dictionary with Firefox itself

I can no longer choose an action, delete, or spam. It does not check box or work.

I want to install the lastest version of Firefox - 3.6.7. When I went to download it, a popup came up, saying if I wanted to save the file - I clicked on "Save File". But nothing happened, nothing came up.

Could it be because of the parental controls my dad put on my account? For instance I can't download things without the adminstrator password.

Whenever I try to run an update to Firefox, it downloads it successfully, until this pops up: "The license file for this version could not be found. Please visit the Firefox homepage for more information." I keep hoping that new versions will have fixed this issue, but no go. Help?

my bookmarks are all messed up - 1. They don't load in the sidebar or library unless I type something in the search box 2. They're all located on bbc news pages or facebook, both of which I don't visit?!!

Tried re-installing firefox but it didn't help the problem.

I think the problem has been caused by the Perfect Optimizer software I've used to clean up my laptop; pretty crap really, haven't noticed any advantages, only further problems!

Is it possible that the software has made changes to the registry and caused firefox to go a bit nutty?

Under Windows 7 whenever Firefox wants to install an update, the user is requested for an administrative account. Is there a procedure that allows to install updates even if the user does not have administrative priviledges?

When I go to "Organize Bookmarks", I want to find what folder my bookmark "Ask.com" is in, so I type "Ask" in the search bar. It then gives a list web sites/bookmarks, some of which don't appear to have anything to do with "ask" . But it doesn't tell me which folder it's in.

when replying to an email, how can I make my response on the top of the reply instead of the bottom of the page? it automatically puts my response under the main body and I want it to be on top.

I try to open hyperlinks in my email (Outlook) but I get this message: "this operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator". I am running Firefox 3.6.6
