I can no longer click on certain things in firefox. Sometimes if I reload the page I can click, but that doesn't always solve the problem. This is most common on things like facebook, the birthday and event tabs. If I click on them nothing happens, but sometimes when I reload the page it works. I have noticed this is mainly when it involves things/links that open a small drop box that you have to click or enter information into.

For example, the drop box that allows you to write on people's walls when it's their birthdays. Or another example is on my company's website. If i want to pick up a shift, I click on this button that says pickup shift and then a drop box comes out that says "enter comment" for my manager.

I am currently using the latest v13 of Firefox. But I have been having this same issue since installing v11 (before that I didn't have the problem).

Firefox ALWAYS crashes every time I try to open one or more windows containing the ebay window. Sometimes when I open a single ebay window, but ALWAYS when I attempt to open two or more ebay windows.

This has made Firefox almost unusable, since I often need to open multiple ebay sites.

It has already crashed 3 times when trying to look at ebay this morning! I have provided these 3 crash IDs below, but it has crashed many 10's of times in recent weeks - any time I look at ebay!

I am not sure what to do about the following 3 third-party plugins. It appears that the Windows Presentation Foundation plugin "has a major security vulnerability that can be exploited by malicious websites as described in the Firefox Article "How to enable and disable Windows Presentation Foundation." It seems that the easiest way to deal with this plugin is to disable it via the add-ons manager. My question do the other two plugins pose security risks - should I disable them. I have tried to find additional information on all three plugins and cannot seem to ascertain whether they need to be updated or if, in fact, there are updates for these plugins. I am not sure if they are even compatible with Firefox, perhaps they been added to the Mozilla Add-ons block list. At any rate, any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

I've been trying to attach files in my Gmail account for over a week but every time I try to attach it comes back "failed". This wasn't an issue until about a week ago. I've uninstalled/reinstalled Firefox and nothing. I've had to go through IE in order to attach files. Help please!

A week ago I lost the ability to log in to my banking site (BBVA Compass). After submitting my username, it USED to then ask for my password on the subsequent screen. Now, it dies with a screen that shows "please wait", never gets beyond that. Looking in the error panel I see countless error messages for "error in parsing value" "declaration dropped", concerning a host of variables in CSS, such as radius, background, background image, etc. I CAN log in easily with MSIE. I have killed cookies and history, deleted and reinstalled FF, disabled the few add-ons I use, no joy. I have searched on these terms in "FF Help" and found some comments about these, but nothing that resolves the problem. This happens on several sites, I am including one.

when I pick a room to play on pogo I get this message fb connect library is missing and the game will not load. If I pick play now I cam play by myself. I also have SeaMonkey as a back up browser. When I pick a game using SeaMonkey the games work just fine. I can pick any room and it loads just fine. So how do I get pogo to work right. This problem started about a week or so ago before that I had no problems.Thank you for your help.

I am also having a problem opening Firefox since updating it. I clicked on Add-ons and nothing is happening.

After I disabled the plugin - china online banking assistant, there is a prompt information at the bottom of each tab window to show that "this plugin has been disabled. manage plugin ..." I have no idea of what China online banking assistant is.

I had Apple Quick Time installed but uninstalled it by accident. From looking at my profile in Mozilla, I seem to have 7 versions of Quick Time all with the same version number.

Should I uninstall all of the versions and start over?

I am currently unable to view any videos using Mozilla. When I use another browser, Quick Time runs fine.

When I try to open www.gmail.com I get the following gobbled up text appearing on the page. www.gmail.com works fine in Internet Explorer 8. I don't like using Internet Explorer 8. I have tried to reset Firefox and run a complete anti-virus scan. But no success.

I get a message saying there is an error and to try again later. Trying later doesn't seem to have helped. The videos in question are normal "news", youtube, etc. nothing exotic. again, my other browsers seem unaffected.

I have an install of phpMyAdmin on my web server that has a local session timer of 30 days. This keeps me from having to repeatedly log in to my own server locally. Ever since the update to 13.0.0, my sessions would last a maximum of 4 hours. 4 hours on to the second, it would remove my session, even in mid-use, cancelling out any SQL I was working on when it timed out. Now with 13.0.1, it's only lasting a maximum of 2 hours 30 mintutes.

If there's no way to revert this change or an option I can't find, then I'm reverting the latest version of 12.x I have tucked away on my flash drive and disabling auto update.

If I want to set my sessions longer than you suggest, that's my problem. Not yours. Fix?

A recent update to my mozilla firefox for desktop has raised an interesting issue. The new Tab function shows sample windows of sites previously visited. I appreciate this function can be switched off, however I found preview images of my bank account complete with statement pages and other supposedly encrypted information. The fact this information has been saved on my browser would make a nonsense of my Bank's security?

Create a folder on the FAVOURITES/BOOKMARKS menu bar. Create a subfolder in the aforementioned folder.

Attempt to drag a bookmarked page into folder, then subfolder.

When the bookmarked page is being "dropped" in either folder, the windowed tab that opens (folder contents) flashes very quickly - making organization nearly impossible.

It flashes from its actual length to the bottom of the screen, back to its actual length, etc.

So I basically downloaded an app on Brothersoft that installed a toolbar to my Firefox called mystart.incredibar. I uninstalled it using the control panel and I uninstalled it from firefox using the plugin manager but whenever I open a new tab "mystart.incredibar.com/mb128?a=6OyFjRehaF&loc=FF_NT" opens up instead of a blank page, now I don't have a problem with it as is but the fact that it loads the page each time is pretty pointless since I only use google.

I tried using an addon called NewTabUrl to use a blank page instead of a url but it didn't work, does anyone have an idea on how I can rid this website from loading in a new tab each time?

firefox crashing when opening, have deleted firefox, re-installed, restarted still crashed, open in safe mode but crashes if i try to do anything at all. internet explorer working fine.?????
