Each time I connect to the Sam's Club website I get a popup box that says "Let us know your human (no robots allowed)" even before I try to login. There is an "X" in the upper left corner of the message that I can click on twice and the box goes away. I then can click login and my password saver fills the boxes at which time I get the same box. I click again on the X and a message says there is a problem, try again later.

SEC_ERROR_REVOKED_CERTIFICATE. Why do I get this error only on my home computer? I've been using this website for 17 years since it is my employer which is a major aerospace company?

Cox communications updated my internet from high speed cable to fiber. New fiber terminal, wire, and box at the side of the house. My desktop (windows , pc) can no longer access google search and gmail from firefox (all other websites work). However I can access google search and gmail from edge and chrome from the same computer.

Please help, I have already tried: Uninstalling firefox and re-installing firefox checking privacy settings deleting cookies

I had to sign out of the browser and when i signed back in (like i have many times before) all my bookmarks and passwords were gone. not sure how to contact Firefox IT but can someone please help me with this?

Mozilla account in Firefox PC browser always asks to re-login every 1 day. This problem appeared after updating Firefox from version 119 to 120 and 121.

As in the image below, "Account Disconnected" and a triangular warning appears in the Firefox menu bar. I can't access any sync data like passwords, bookmarks, plugins if I don't re-login.

I only use this mozilla account on 1 PC.

I am receiving an error message that I don't know how to fix and it says "The page isn’t redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

I don't recall changing anything in settings.

well your latest update not only crashed my browser, but also crashed my computer, now it takes 1-2 minutes to load a page after your recent update. oh. it also changed all of my settings! Great job in setting the internet back 20 years, it makes dial up look lightening fast!

hello... im 28 years old and safesearch is on, on my firefox and i actually cant change setting.... it wont give me access to the setting menu. need help with fixing it. account is: farzadmb74@gmail.com

Safari is showing the links seen in blue after each line but FireFox is leaving them out. Some type of bug or coding problem. This began happening 3-4 months ago. It used to work fine on FireFox. Would love to stay using FireFox and avoid the Safari thing. Love the browser!!! Mark Miller

I am having a problem with my Firefox homepage. There are several things going on like the red, yellow and green dots on the left side of the menu change to light dark. Some of My Bookmarks appears twice and one was added. I did a Refresh and troubleshooting but to see if my home page would go back to normal but it did not. I think I have a bug that is causing these changes on my Mozilla Browser. I need to get the browser back to normal.

Hi, Hope you well. My previous laptop was stolen and I'm trying install now all my saved bookmarks. I had no problem to get them back on Chrom after looging to my Account. But I can't get back my old bookmarks on Mozilla. I see only the one which was saved on Chrome. Can you please help restore all my bookmarks before today day? I'll be really gratefull for help. How on earth do I add Quant to the Firefox search engine? This info is no where under the help section, only lots of reading about warnings! In Firefox preferences I have made Quant my default browser so why is this so difficult? I vaguely saw a little warning message saying that Mozilla was not allowing this but this warning was hidden and I can't find it again. Firefox guided my to 'pin' Quant to the Firefox toolbar but every time I open a page to search I have to remember to hit the Quant pin. This is absolute nonsense. Please email me back and tell me how I can add Quant to my Firefox so that every time I open Firefox the Quant homepage will just be there. Thank you. Cynthia

For a couple of weeks now, out of nowhere, links I click from emails sent to me open in new tabs but are blank pages. This includes download links, so I'm unable to see any links or download anything being emailed to me by a number of senders. Weirdly, some senders' links work. I didn't change anything and don't know what to do about this. Please advise if you have a solution, thanks!
