when I try to go to Costco.ca i get the error message saying the page isn't redirecting properly because of refusal to accept cookies. How do I accept the cookies so that I can log into Costco.ca? (I can log into Costco.ca using other browsers, just not Firefox)

When I want to do a google search, it will only do an amazon search. So if I am asking a tax question, it brings up amazon products to buy. I can't search anything. Very frustrated.

I need to delete my husband's firefox account from my computer without deleting it on his computer altogether. I need to set up or reset a firefox account for myself.

Good Evening, My company requested a factory restart and I compiled. I am working to restoring my old firefox bookmarks and preferably history/settings. Is there a way to find and restore this data? I am using the same firefox account as before the reset. Thank you.

Also, what are the best practices for backing up my data in the future to easily restore or transfer my settings and bookmarks in the future?

Firefox just self updated to 119.0 and twice now it has frozen then locked up the system so I couldn't even move the mouse cursor, and I had no choice but do a hardware reset. Windows 10 desktop PC. I had to download Chrome to get back on the net. I'm rolling back to an earlier version and turning off the updates. Updates usually do more harm than good, and I've been using these browsers since Netscape 2.

Hello everyone, since my recent update on Mac OS Sonoma 14.0, my Firefox 119.0 (64-bit) bookmarks are becoming irresponsive.

When I hover over any bookmark in my Firefox side bar, it suddenly becomes invisible, and sometimes its entire folder disappear from the side bar from where it has previously been saved, as well as any next bookmark in the same folder. Yet it is still in the bookmark folder, but i have to relaunch Firefox to find it again!

Here are enclosed 2 screen captures. See the section called "A LIRE PRIO 2023-10" just below "00 sources" when I initially opened it on my side bar, it was visible, and when I clicked on any of the bookmarks saved in the folder "01 A LIRE PRIO 2023-10", the entire folder "01 A LIRE PRIO 2023-10" disappeared!

Yet if I go into my Firefox folder, it is still there. If i click on the next folder (from the lateral bar), it will disappear again!

Does anyone have had the same problem and found a solution?

Will appreciate as I had to move to google but does not enjoy it in the same way as Firefox (been on it since 2012!).

I recently switched from another browser to Firefox, and overall, I'm enjoying it. However, there's one thing that bothers me, and I'm not sure if it's a Firefox setting specific to my laptop (Mac), but every time I try to copy text from files stored on my laptop and paste them into online editors in Firefox (Like Google Docs), the text is automatically formatted when I paste it (Cmd +P). With other browsers, this feature works as expected, preserving the formatting of the text, but in Firefox, it doesn't. I've tried disabling Enhanced Tracking Protection, but nothing seems to work. Could anyone give me a hand with that?

Since Mozilla released the 119.0 build of Firefox, I have noticed that scrolling Youtube Shorts doesn't work. I can watch the first short and scroll to the second but trying to scroll past that causes the video to jump back up to the first video. The same thing happens when I try to scroll through emails using my ISP web based email client. I can see the first five emails on the list but if I try to scroll further it jumps back up to the first five. I have tried refreshing Firefox and I have tried using the trouble shooting option under help and the scroll issues still happened in both. I have this issue on my laptop as well as this desktop and I even installed a different browser and in that browser scrolling works fine in both Youtube and the web based email client. I was unsure where to report this to Mozilla so I thought I would try here to see if anyone can help.

Firefox no longer opens my previous session when re-opening the browser. "Open previous windows and tabs" is checked in the general of browser settings, but no longer performs a such. Was never an issue until a few days ago.

My sign on for my webmail has not worked for the past couple of months. I have changed my password and this does not help. I have contacted Centurylink and tried everything they suggested and it still does not work. Have you changed something with the browser that it does not function anymore with my email? My email works using Microsoft Edge browser. It just sits on the sign in page and gives me no reason it does not work. I have cleared my cache and it does not help.

I seem to not be able to access the website for my local oil company https://fegleyoil.com/ even though I have been able to do so multiple times over the past few years. I have checked every Firefox setting but am still unable to load their site to order oil. I have successfully been able to load their site not only on my smartphone but also on my work PC. I need to know how to fix this. Please advise and many thanks in advance for any assistance. BTW, it also doesn't load on my home PC in Firefox, Edge or Chrome but again loads just fine on my phone and work PC and my home PC VPN is turned off when I try to access this site and I have it added to my Firefox exceptions to be allowed.

When pressing the up arrow key with text in the URL bar, the bottom suggestion is selected, rather than returning the text cursor to the beginning. It used to place the insertion point at the very beginning of whatever text was in there, and then another up arrow press would select the bottom suggestion, but now it instantly wraps to the very bottom selection. It's quite frustrating when trying to modify a search query - now you either have to hold the left arrow key, or accurately click with the mouse

For instance, say I type "cloud" in the URL box, but figure "storm cloud" would be a better search. I can't just press the up arrow to add "storm ", because pressing the up arrow once now just replaces the entire line of text with "https://soundcloud.com/", completely ruining my search. I'm pretty sure this was recently changed with an update. Is there any hope of changing it back?

Yesterday i uninstalled Grammarly but today i am still getting pop-ups saying Grammarly isn't activated yet, but it's been uninstalled! So how do i make the pop-ups stop? That's the whole reason i uninstalled it in the first place.

I use the above site to watch replays of the NFL. Upon updating the browser to the latest version, the page no longer loads the video content. It was working fine on the previous version and is working fine using Microsoft Edge. Can you please suggest a resolution?
