When I load Mastodon from bookmark, FF finds the site OK but does not load a page. What I get is a black screen with no content. This started happening within the past week and I have not loaded any new extensions or themes. Other sites load a bit slowly but OK; the problem is with Mastodon only. Any advice to correct this problem is appreciated.

When I select emails from a search and try to move them to an existing label, the option I get is to move those emails to the INBOX, but that is where the emails are stored. How do I move emails from the inbox to a label. The emails I want to move are from a search therefore, there are 100 emails I want to move in one action. Glen

What is going on with the Bookmarks function continuously duplicating? I've used the add-in tool (Love It!), but my bookmarks keep duplicating! What is going on & are you going to fix it? I use Mozilla Firefox exclusively as I don't like or trust Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. Would REALY like to get this problem corrected!

New computer. Downloaded Firefox signed with password, but there are a lot of message missing from Gmail. What should have done or do now to have all of the same email, etc. on the new computer? Thank you in advance for your help.

A 15 second video will run (after you click on the arrow), then ... nothing.

With all other browsers, the Station's audio will begin streaming immediately following the video.

Why not with Firefox?

Why does update not update from 115.0.3 to 115.3.1esr when told to update and continues to throw up update notices? What can be done about it?

There an issue with preference panel: security settings. The vertical scroll bar disappears spontaneously to it is hard to scroll down to the memory related control elements.

Sometimes, Firefox launches with its title bar just off screen (and the menu bar sits against the top edge) so the mouse cannot reach the title bar controls. I find that if I drag the right edge of the window in a small amount, the title bar drops down a few pixels so I can see a few pixels of the title bar and its controls. So adjusting the right edge seems to cause a recalculation of the top edge. It suggests that on launch, there is a miscalculation. It would be nice to fix this - a minor irritation as I now have a workaround. Note - if I *drag* the title bar to the top of the window, the furthest 'north' I can go is this same position with a few pixels of the title bar showing - If I go further, the title bar ( not the whole window) jumps back to have this same part showing. regards Gareth HP Envy Win 11 NVidia HDR screen 3840x2160 (the recommended setting) with text set 200%

My computer crashed and I had to reset my account. For some reason the password that I was 99% sure was correct didn't work so in order to change my password it said I need an authentication key. I didn't recall getting one of those so I reset my password (even though it said on the screen I would only lose things like passwords and history). I of course lost all my bookmarks that I've been collecting for the last 20 years. And as life goes I've now found the authentication key. My question is can I get anything back now that I have that key or all my bookmarks are forever deleted?

I have login passwords on Firefox desktop but they are not showing in Firefox ios and sync everything is already enabled on both devices having common Firefox account
