hello, I cant find a way to limit the download speeds on the Firefox browser, any and all downloads instantly use all my bandwidth, making downloading large files a hassle and stop me from using the internet for anything else. I tried looking into extensions and add-ons but none of them could solve my problem. I wish to set a download speed limit on my browser so I may still use it while downloading large files.

New computer, new install, when trying to log in to my account to set up sync/migrate, Firefox claims the password is incorrect ... the same password I just used on this (old) computer to log in and ask this question!

I've had issues with this before, when I synced up my phone. Took several attempts to log it in.

Also, tried changing password, but for some reason it won't accept a new one? (That's different issue. Would prefer to log in with current password. at least)

Hello, 1. How do I bring history back -since mid March - after a windows system reset and laptop clean up recently? I signed on but I cannot find the prior history nor tabs closed. I use Windows 10. 2. Why when I open a new tab, the 'profile or account' icon does not show my picture, so as to indicate that I am signed on? Each time a new tab is opened, Mozzilla does not recognize me!! 3. When I click on the account icon on the second row, instead of taking me to my account, it takes me to settings, Synch. 4. I have selected the dark mode - from customisation - but the first two rows are in light blue-gray color same as the task bar of Windows 10. 5. I tied to use the take a screen shot function to send you a screen shot of the page that appears in dark except the top rows, but when I click the screen shot icon - that I have placed in the second top row - it does not activate-work. 6. From the Menu some info shows in Greek although my selected language is English. Is it possibly due to my location, under the profile, being Greece? should I change it? I am sure I ll come across more issues, as it feels as I am driving a new car since the change and all is annoying Thanks

I cannot get firefox to update. It is set up for automatic updates but they don't happen. Even if I try manual installation of updates. Nothing works. I ran it in troubleshooting mode and the problem still exists. I restarted my computer and the problem still exists. I am using a mac running on Monterey.

New install of Firefox set up with a 'wrong' email account. Tried to use the 'Mozilla account' page to fix this by using secondary email and then making it primary. But the secondary email I want to use is not allowed by Firefox giving an 'Account already exists' error. What should I do?

I have accidentally end up with two FireFox accounts. I want to combine them, but I can't change either account to the other one because FireFox tells me that the replacement email/account is already in use. How do I get around this?

Recently a popup notification came up when I opened firefox on my mac. Its been awhile since I opened it and without thinking I clicked : o ~ Now I worry if it'ss ledgit? Does Firefox give a popup box in top right corner when it needs an update? I wasn't on any strange website or anything but I'm always concerned and dont remember seeing that before.

My firefox now says its up to date after it restarted ~ it's running 125.0.3

My sign-in ID is aaaan email that has been cancelled. As long as they don't asl me to retrieve any codes oranything it works of course. If anything is sent to that email I can not retrieve it. Usually kepping me out of Fire fox. I need to see if amyonr know how to change your sign-in ID>
