I opened firefox and it said that I had an older version and that i should create a new profile online so i did that and logged in. I use firefox everyday and had never seen this message before. I created the new profile and logged in and all my bookmarks are gone. I went to about:profiles and it shows 2 profiles but only the ones that i created yesterday. Oddly, i don't ever remember creating a profile before this. I would just open up firefox and it worked like a normal browser. Now that I have a profile the bookmarks aren't there. Thanks for your help.

I recently installed NetNanny Version 10 on my laptop. After the installation, every time I open Firefox it will crash and close within 5 seconds. As soon as I uninstall NetNanny, Firefox will go back to normal.

I tried uninstalling and re-installing Firefox (V76.0.1, 64-bit) and re-installing NetNanny but the same keeps happening over and over. Note I also 'disable' NetNanny temporarily, however Firefox will still crash.

I will appreciate some help with this.

I tried the simplest option offered to me : https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Developer_guide/Using_the_VM But the link to the Virtual Machine does not work. Do you know if the site will be back soon or will I have to search for another website offering this VM ?

I'm scared af. Hundreds of password are saved on my firefox. My active logins were revoked and I had to reset the password to login to my firefox on windows. Turns out all my passwords are gone.

I have no email from firefox notifying of the suspicious login.

What I can do?

hi i'm trying to open my website in firefox but the problem is many css files are not loading in firefox.but there is no issue in loading them. they are loaded in the page but not working.the same files and css inside are working well in chrome.here i give my website link please someone open it in both firefox and chrome and assist me where it goes wrong.https://www.office-deals.nl/ . i have added 2 images below for showing particularly one content from many.the black bg is the chrome image and the white is for the firefox.in black i have a class named owl-item where the corresponding css from owl-carousel.css are loaded fine .but in white bg image the css is not displaying but the files are loaded in the page. i give you the structure of my files that i have in my header.

Hi, i reinstall my windows and lost all of my bookmarks. Also, i can't remember my firefox account's email on the previous windows. How can i restore my bookmarks? They are very important.

One of the biggest problems with Firefox is that it is a resource hog. The cache is set to a 1 GB (1048576 KB) in about:config. There are multiple suggestions for resolving this in Mozilla support. However, none of them work. Any changes made, disappear the moment Firefox is closed. Does anyone have a solution that is relevant to Firefox 76.

Logged in happily to outlook today , now cant - only change was i added facebook container - but didnt stop straight away - have tried safe mode and refreshed firefox - still cant - but I can still log in in explorer and edge ...

When I right click and select from menu or tap on a drop-down menu and choose what I want, browser freezes for about 10-15 seconds before resuming the action.

This has been going on for several weeks and I cannot figure out why.
