Firefox Account verification problem

First of all, I have to thank you to build the community in your freetime. I've changed my computer. I have 2 firefox accounts, the first for private browsing, the second one for work browsing, and I use them via different Firefox profiles. The configuration of the private account (adam**********y@gmail.com) was succesful. But the configuration of the work account (s****i@orfk.police.hu) was not. I've used this accounts since 2013, and I'd reconfigured them so many times, and there wasn't any problem until now. The actually problem is the unreceived verigfication email. I've tried the actions below: - checking email working -> Perfectly works. - checking spam folder -> There is no any mail in the spam folder. - adding accounts@firefox.com to contact list -> Done. I did not get the verification emails. The administrators probably changed the security settings. I cannot log in, I cannot sync. I tried to send you this letter from my work e-mail, but I did not find any support address, just this option. How can I resolve this problem? Thans for your help.

Bought a new M1 Mac. Was very happy when an M1 version of Firefox got released today only to find my account locked out trying to sign-in. I received the infamous message: "The confirmation email we sent to xxx@gmail.com was returned and we’ve locked your account to protect your Firefox data"

That is not true. I am receiving emails just fine and I never lost access to my email account.

Signing in to sync on a new computer failed because gmail is currently down

confirmation email at Sync Login

I have a new windows 10 laptop i just installed firefox as a try to enable sync i type in my email i type in my password it ask for the PIN sent to email, but i did not g… (čítať viac)

i just installed firefox

as a try to enable sync i type in my email i type in my password it ask for the PIN sent to email, but i did not get the email ( i checked spam )

i retry to enable sync and i get :

The confirmation email we sent to ***@***.*** was returned and we’ve locked your account to protect your Firefox data. If this is a valid email address, let us know and we can help unlock your account.

my email is working i did test and its working fine

how do i get sync to work?

Data don't sync. What am I doing wrong?

The second time I lost all my data(200 tabs, bookmark panel, pws, addons). My steps: 1. Sync all data into 1 firefox account from 1 device 2. Reinstall my OS on the same device. 3. Connecting back by logging in and pressing the sync button and... Blah! I see nothing. No synced tabs, no bookmark panel. At the same time I did this kinda operation with having connected 1 account to 2 virtual devices(1 - real OS, 2 - Virtualbox). So could you please explain how Firefox Sync works? Is there a way to use sync account as a keeper for tabs and bookmark panel without using 2 devices? Or other ways? Thanks!
