for my online examination purpose i had checked a system diagonistic test in that when i check the chrome browser its showing there is s speaker but when i search in firefoz its showing its not available

It's difficult for me to describe, but you can check in the picture I attached. There is a slight shadow from other apps/tabs I have open.

At first I thought it was a problem on my laptop screen but apparently it only happened on my dark theme Firefox. When I change my windows background to solid black, I don't have this problem.

How to solve this problem? my firefox version 91.0 (64-bit) Windows 10

Hello, I'm trying to add a secondary email address to my Firefox account but each time I try I get the following message: "Secondary email must be different than your account email" I'm not typing the same main email address, I'm actually trying to type another one. The only possible reason that comes to my mind is that the address I want to add is already used as a secondary address for another Firefox account (namely, the one I use at work). I don't know if it makes sense, but it's the only possible situation this address is to be already found. Any ideas why this happens and how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

I set Google as my default search engine. However, when I open Firefox, I see a box that says "Potential Threat Detected". The page is headed with a wifi symbol inside a blue shield and below that is says "Hold On!" We blocked access to http://www.searchbaron.com/v1/hp?aid=26025. This site might compromise your device or contain dangerous content. To avoid these risks, close this window and skip this site. Proceed anyway. The same message is duplicated in 3 other languages. So I open a new tab and close this one and everything works fine. Can anyone tell me what to do to stop getting this? I'm not computer savvy so please be specific. I'm not close to an Apple Store, but can get to one if I have to.

Hello! Please give me instructions on how to permanently block / stop FireFox's "Welcome Pages".

I remember asking FireFox to block trackers and suppress as much advertising as possible. I never thought that FireFox would think that it was OK for FireFox itself to track me and send me unsolicited advertising.

I just received a FireFox "Welcome Page". This is something I don't recall ever seeing before. On the "Welcome" page I found a link that informed me that "Welcome Pages" are sent when people reach certain "Milestones". FireFox had to be tracking me in order to decide I'd reached a "Milestone" - although I have no idea what Milestone I reached.

On top of that, the so-called "Welcome Page" is actually an ADVERTISEMENT for an UNSOLICITED product offer to pay FireFox for something. What kind of "welcome" is that ?

All I can say is I'm very shocked that FireFox has taken advantage of making me feel I'm being protected from tracking and ads, which the browser seems to do quite well, EXCEPT for FireFox itself. That is shameful in my opinion.

I cannot sign on to my Amazon.com account with Firefox/Mozilla. In the space for my password there is a series of dots(..........). I asked for a temporary password(and received it) but when I try to change my existing password I cannot (the dots reappear).

I have no problem signing on the my Amazon account with Chrome/Google but much prefer to use Firefox

Please advise how to correct this problem

I sign into FF. I have "Never remember History" selected in my settings, and I'm running is Strict Privacy mode, but every time I open a tab and the Pocket page appears - at the top of the page are icons of some sites I have visited in the past. How can that be disabled so History is not remembered ?

I read Kindle books from my Library on Kindle Cloud Reader through my Macbook Pro. It has been fine until today when the books open but "freeze" - i.e. the pages can't turn. If I go to Contents of the book it fails to load and a sign declares Error Try Later. This just keeps happening. The books are fine reading on my Samsung phone. I have restarted the Mac 4-5 times. Everything else works but not Kindle Cloud Reader on this Mac. I have restarted Firefox. I have not changed any settings. I don't understand this problem. Kindle Cloud Reader works on the phone but since this morning the books "freeze" and the pages don't turn. When I could not access the books before Amazon confessed to having a system breakdown (early December) - but the Kindle KDP Suppport have just said there is not problem currently. Could this be a browser problem - or with the settings?

frequently visited site----Twinspires.com frequently goes away. Gives me the typical message "hmm, we couldn't find this site, Try again later. This happens more and more often HELP!!!!!
