I recently switched from Linux to Windows and installed Firefox on my new system. I signed in with the same Firefox Account that I had used on Linux, but none of my bookmarks, shortcuts, or other data have synced. It feels like a fresh Firefox setup. Here’s what I’ve tried so far: 1. Confirmed that I signed in with the same Firefox Account. 2. Verified that Sync is enabled for bookmarks, history, and other items on Windows. 3. Triggered manual sync multiple times, but nothing has appeared. Is there any way to check if my bookmarks were stored on the Firefox servers, and if so, how can I retrieve them?

after reinstalling my system i culd not login to my account i have like 9 passwords and your stopid system blecked my attempts like after second attepmt so i did password recovery and changed it but after that all my sync data are gon WTF!!!!! It makes the sync function pointless and usless for its specially for that purpose !!!!!!!

Move open account to new computer, old computer died, Firefox[ Mozilla] have all my pass words also, Will not let me open old e mails etc. sync wants cell phone,it doesn't work where I live. thanks john

I am a 85 year old man with no divices that need a synch. Please remove it from my computer a it splits my screen. I was not asked it I want it and I do NOT want it. Hello today i went to a it specialist, he reinstalled my windows and i lost all my backups i had been using firefox for a few days and saved a lot of stuff in bookmarks but now they dont sync i can only sync my old bookmarks from edge.Is there a way to check if my bookmarks were saved on a server?

Can someone help me recover my previous session. I restarted my computer, I force quit firefox before so I would restore. I restored and only one or two of the four pages I had open (with a bunch of tabs open in each).

I cant use the restore previous history tab cause its grey...

I reinstalled windows 10 on my laptop with keeping my personal files intact. During the installation process Firefox was removed. After Windows was back I reinstalled Firefox and it works just fine except none of the old information, passwords, bookmarks etc are there and I tried just about everything to retrieve them but no luck. I tried to bring up profiles but only the new one was listed as default. What can I do? Thanks for your help.

I had to update my PC due to some issue, and I forgot mozilla account password so I had to do forgot password. But after that all my saved data in the same mozilla account has been removed and now I am in big trouble.

Hi everyone...

After I "upgraded" to Windows 11, Firefox suddenly quit working. After reinstalling, it worked again...however, I had to use the "about:profiles" command to restore the bookmarks I had. That worked fine. But after a series of cascading Microsoft 365 app failures, I decided to roll back to Windows 10. Yay! Everything worked again!

Except Firefox.

So, I reinstalled Firefox again. And once again, the bookmarks are missing...but this time, the "about:profiles" command isn't locating what I need.

Any suggestions?

This afternoon from 12:00 to 12:26 I visited the website silk-avia.com. on this site I booked a ticket for the date 05/12/2024. when I first searched, I chose 05/12/2024; when booking, the site showed me the date 06/12/2024, but I changed the date to 05/12/2024 and issued a ticket. After payment I received a letter with a ticket dated 06/12/2024. When contacting the airline, they want proof that I chose the date 05/12/2024. but I didn't find it in the browser history. can you help me with this

Hi, I accidentally did a refresh on my Firefox (Win 11) and therefore I now have an "Old Firefox Data" folder on my desktop and Firefox is completely almost back to stock.

I have lost all extensions, customizations, settings and other configurations. Luckily, I had taken a backup of my bookmarks prior to doing this.

How do I return everything (including extensions) back to pre-refresh state?
