Unfortunately I now have Windows 11. My bookmarks have just disappeared today, so how may I restore them? I understand that Firefox stores my bookmarks, so can I restore the same bookmarks when I had Windows 10?

When I am typing a question in a thread on forum type sites like Woodworkingtalk.com I seem to constantly popups that pull the cursor from the box. I constantly have to click the mouse back in the box to continue typing. Is there anything that will block these ads in Firefox. The do not seem to happen when I switch to Edge or Chrome. I just would rather ruse Firefox.

I have a paid subscription to Mozilla's VPN service, but need to temporarily suspend/cancel the subscription. When I go into settings there is no subscription listed though my bank shows that I have been paying the monthly $4 charge for many months. How do I cancel the subscription?

When I use Facebook with my Firefox browser the site just has to many issues. The site keeps hanging up and just sort of stalls out when I try to access messages and notifications that I download from the site. I took the suggestion of clearing my cache. That did nothing. Clearing my history didn't make a difference either. Being this problem doesn't happen with Chrome or Safari, it must be a Firefox problem. So, what more can I do to make using Facebook with Firefox a better experience? Sure would appreciate help.

I had an ongoing problem with Firefox on my PC - it worked correctly on my laptop. So I backed up my bookmarks using MozBackup and re-installed Firefox. This didn't have the Bookmarks bar so I enabled that. When I now try to restore the bookmarks using MozBackup it reports everything ok. But when I open Firefox the bookmarks are not there. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

The new Pop Up in Firefox that asks me to choose how to open the link I want tosend to share with a relative, or a friend is driving me crazy. I'm 82 years old, I'm legally blind now and this new POP UP has to be disabled or eliminated somehow. I've searched instructions on YouTube and triedd under Privacy & Security, Permissions and disabled PopUps BUT The new Pop Up in Firefox is till functioning. Please may I give you permissiontoremove it in my account!!!! Please could you do thatforme because I'vetried every suggesion ad I can'tseemto disableit or removeit. I have been a user of Firefox for many, many years (it is my default browser) and as of today I am extremely upset with you. Once again I go to use my favorite browser and all my bookmarks have been removed. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME SINCE THE NEW YEAR 2026.

I spent a great deal of time putting the bookmarks together that hold all the links to clients and their respective sites, along with all the places I have applied to and was about to apply, and today, again, they have all disappeared.

So, give me a reason to keep using your browser? As of this point, I am going to move to another browser and begin setting up all the bookmarks that I remember ... thanks for what seems to have become a HUGE problem with Firefox and blowing away my bookmarks and making me reset everything.

I have used Firefox when everyone told me to move to another because I believed you were the best at protecting my browsing experience and you didn't disappoint. But these last two times you have removed so much of my time I am at a loss as to why I even bother with you now ... besides, you have removed my Dad's obituary link and I'm not sure I will ever trust you again.
