You folks updated Firefox and now I can't open earmarked accounts. Reading all of the reasons is not helping me. I am not computer literate to fool around with settings. So can I go back to old firefox.

I'm happy to set the sidebar to vertical tabs since I can get the maximum browser area, but there's one annoying issue: there's no close button in the vertical tabs, I have to right click and tab and select close the tab

the close button shows when I change back to Horizontal tabs, hope development team can improve it soon.

I use Firefox with navigation bar hidden in Linux Web Apps (in Linux Mint > Web Apps :: where you can create apps from any web page). I particularly use Notion as an app. And recently, I guess with the new updates, there is showing an address bar where previously there was nothing. Is there a way to remove it?

Suddenly, the homepage has started overriding all my tabs. For example, I can be writing this and it will be gone and replaced with the homepage. Or, a new tab will pop up on its own with the homepage. This started yesterday. I've tried troubleshooting... I've tried redoing the settings... I've yelled a lot. Can someone please help me before they carry me off in a strait-jacket? Thank you!

We are manufacturers of networking devices.

As most networking devices, ours can be configured by navigating to the default gateway IP address via the browser. With the rise of security awareness, various regulations are forbidding the usage of HTTP. This is bothersome to us, as connecting to our devices via HTTPS and our self-signed sertificates will always throw an error of an unsecure connection to the end user. We understand the technical reasoning for this and that users are able to ignore the message, but this does impact our user experience and it may even discourage users from using our devices.

As these regulations will be impacting networking devices globally, we want to ask you if there are any workarounds for the self-signed sertificate "unsecure connection" message. Perhaps there is an argument that can be set, or an ongoing effort from browser vendors to assist networking device manufacturers with this.

Any information or help is appreciated.

Restarted my PC and on boot found all my containers deleted. Bookmarks are fine. Browser settings are fine. Other Extensions and Addons are fine. Tabs from the last session were stll there. Everything else is all good. FireFox Multi-Account Containers is the only thing that's gone wrong.

Looking at my containers.json (my best guess on what to check) they're all back to default. There's no "Old Firefox Data" folder on the desktop.

This happens ~3 times a year usually after an update or if there's a sudden shutdown due to power loss.

I've used FireFox Sync before and rather than helping, it ruined everything for no apparent reason. It duplicated the current containers, restored and duplicated old deleted containers and sites stopped using their designated containers.

It sucks. It really really sucks.

Is there a way to make local backups of containers and their designations? Just knowing exactly what to backup would be a massive help and make this a lot less distressing.

My up to date FF screen starts shaking, primarily using Youtube for awhile and then going somewhere else. It will still start shaking using various websites. It takes a PC reboot to stop it. It does not happen using Chrome. I have done the following with no change: 1. Fresh install 2.Turned off hardware accel. 3. cache clear refresh 4. All extensions off 5. Started in Safe mode. This lasted the longest but it eventually started shaking.

Something to note: My screen size randomly increases/top tab bar disappears when typing something. It's random but it's new like the shaking.

Bonsoir, Avant, j'arrivais sans problème à mettre une fenêtre qui s'ouvre quand je clique sur un résultat sur le site Flashscore au milieu de la page (comme dans l'exemple en pièce jointe) mais maintenant, cette fenêtre s'ouvre tout le temps à gauche de l'écran. Avant, il suffisait de faire "Alt+F4" ou "Ctrl+Maj+Q" pour que cette fenêtre reste bien à l'endroit souhaité à chaque ouverture. Pourriez-vous me dire ce que je ne fais pas car là, je ne comprends pas. Je vous remercie par avance pour votre réponse. Cordialement< Sylviane

Hello, I just updated my browser to version 133.0 and there was a pop up window that showed something about a review checker. I click on the link and read all about it. On a amazon web page I clicked on a review but did not see the price tag icon anywhere. I looked at my settings and could not find anything relating to the review checker. Is there something I need to enable or disable in the settings? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks, Rico

salve so che vi siete accorti che ho eliminato l'account vecchio se riuscite a ripristinarlo elimino questo user162961878701928362866255555354061854071 ho un secondo problema con firefox mozilla quando cancello la cronologia e rimetto le credenziali non me le salva eppure sull'impostazione della cronologia ho messo la spunta su 1 e la 3 periodo (tutto) soluzioni?

Want to try the new review checker, on several Amazon product pages with reviews, but the checker does not appear as described in the release notes.

W11, FF set as defailt browser, installed from Mozilla sites (.exe)

Any links from Whatsapp or Messenger app (and some others, but it is very likely the same issue) open in MS Edge. I found some WI to change the "microsoft-egde URL" default app, but I do not have that option. Only Edge is offered or I have to go to store and Install FF from there. Is there a way around it? My main concern is I am biuit scared to install it from MS Store as there are for sure some limitations and I might loose my opened windows and tabs...
