About 3 days ago, none of my passwords are being saved in Firefox. Several times a day I have to put in my username and password for various sites, even if I don't shut down my computer. I have save passwords selected in my security settings in Firefox, but still does not save. This all started when I went into my Firefox settings 3 days ago to clear the cache, and that's when it started not to save passwords.

Hi. I've just had to get a new Windows PC, and the Main Hard drive ( "C") is smaller than before, so I'm using an external drive as well ( "D") How do I get Firefox downloads to save to my download folder on "D" instead of "C"? Thanks. Steve.

Unable to connect to my email account on Firefox. Enter Yahoo/ATT mail and receive a message Oops, something went wrong. Try again later but this has been over a week. I can use the Microsoft Edge to get my emails but I do not want to go between different browsers for my personal emails and business emails.

I have an Ancestry subscription. I type www.ancestry.co.uk (which is where I want to go) and it pops up for 2 seconds then flips me to www.ancestry.ca. I live in Canada but my research is in the UK. This doesn't happen in Chrome.

I run a security company in London that provides security guards and related services. Our website is crucial for attracting new clients, handling inquiries, and showcasing our services. However, we’ve recently noticed that the site has become very slow to load and, at times, completely unresponsive.

At first, I thought it was a temporary issue, but it has persisted for several days. Some visitors have reported that the website takes too long to load, while others say they receive error messages or SSL warnings. Since our business relies on the website for leads and customer engagement, this is a serious concern.

What I Have Checked So Far:

Verified that our hosting provider is operational

Cleared the website cache and restarted the server Scanned for malware or security breaches Checked that our SSL certificate is valid Tested the website on different devices and networks

I’m unsure whether this is due to server problems, high traffic, a DDoS attack, or a misconfiguration in our website settings. Has anyone experienced something similar? Could this be a DNS issue, firewall restriction, or a hosting-related problem? Any troubleshooting advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

Firefox has a default shortcut key using Ctrl+Shift+X that aligns the text input to the right-hand side, but I'd prefer to use it for 1Password, so the same keyboard shortcuts are the same as Chrome

I've tried a few ways but so far it's not working

For some reason, I can no longer log into my bank account. This has not been an issue in the past. Does Mozilla offer users any phone support that allows me to review current application settings with a technician to help resolve this issue? If I switch to Chrome, I can log into the account. Mac mini late 2012 running OS 10.15.7 Downloaded most recent Firefox update (135.0). Since then have experienced streaming site (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Max) freezing during watching film and then whole computer freezing and crashing so that I need to reboot the computer. Has anyone else reported this problem? What can I do to solve the problem?

Suddenly hardware acceleration does not work any more and I have black screens when trying to move or switch from a window playing Netflix. Nvidia 4080 super / Windows 11. It works fine when I disable hardware acceleration.

I cannot figure this out, it was working around 10 minutes ago and now it's not. I use canvas for school and within that is Kaltura, used for uploading and recording lectures etc. I'm now being hit with the "It seems your browser is blocking 3rd party session cookies which are required for the Kaltura application. To resolve this issue, please update your settings to allow 3rd party cookies." and nothing I do seems to fix it. My settings are set to standard, didn't work. I tried to allow an exception but since it's embedded within the school canvas, I don't know how to get the Kaltura URL and the normal canvas url doesn't bypass it. I've went to the about:config and messed around with that based on other support posts, but that didn't work either. I went into the cookie setting and set it to custom and just unchecked the cookies, but that still didn't work. I'm at a complete loss and I need some help.
