Unable to open the browser, when I open Firefox it goes to my email and does not allow me to close it and go to the main browser screen.

Routing display also needs cache cleared to show, with or without traffic. Also some roads don't always appear until cache cleared. Clearing cache immediately shows routing/traffic. Was fine in earlier versions.

I purchased a Dell computer for Windows 10 and just got a Dell monitor. The computer has no DP port and I had to use the VGA cable. But internet using Firefox just doesn't work well because some pages (especially FaceBook and Gmail) don't appear like they did on the old monitor that used VGA. I'm wondering if there might be some kind of fix in Firefox. Since I'm in my 80s and not a computer geek I hesitate going through all the steps advised to find a fix that may not exist. Thanks so much for any help - even if it's to let me know that no such fix exists. Also - I tried to take a screenshot of Facebook and a blank page comes up. Cannot sign in to my a/c at https://www.kroger.com. Other browsers are successful. Receive the message "We're sorry, an unexpected error occurred during your sign-in attempt. Please try signing in again."

Problem has been constant for close to a couple of years.

I've tried clearing cookies, cache, etc and restarting without success.

Suddenly, when trying to view either Home Depot or Lowe's websites I get: access denied to this server." What can cause this? I have purchased items from both as recently as yesterday. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, sincerely,

With latest update 76.0.1 i can no longer watch 2k and above youtube videos. Sound will work, but video is frozen. CPU usage goes to 100% then randomly video would unfreeze and start working at that moment cpu usage drops down to 20% only to freeze video second later again with high cpu usage. Whats going on? win10x64 intel 2500k nvidia 1050 16gb ddr3 ssd Chrome is working fine. If i revert firefox to older versions video works normally.

The sideways scroll arrows on each line of videos on the Amazon Prime Videos website have stopped showing on my Firefox (76.0.1 Win10), but they still appear in Chrome. Makes navigating tough. Could this related to the last Firefox update, or is it an Amazon issue?

On the homescreen of Firefox that has the "Top Sites" section along with the "Recommended by Pocket", I cant seem to get rid of Facebook no matter how many times I click "dismiss" or "delete from history". I'm just trying to take a brake from Social Media and dont want that icon tempting me.

I know I should just not click it, but it would be easier without it there.

How can I hide the full address of the website like I can in Safari? Like, in Firefox, the full address of the website is always visible, unlike in Safari, you can hide the full address of the site in the address bar. e. g. Google Earth is https://earth.google.com, right? To reiterate, websites the employ a custom right click context menu work, but doesn't override the default Firefox context menu. The websites I've tried to use the right click context menu are Slack, and Gmail.

I've tried searching the web and starting Firefox in safe mode, but I still haven't been able to solve this issue.

Every time I attempt to log in to starbucks.com, Firefox reverts to the sign-in webpage! I asked a friend to try it and he gets the same results. I have tried everything to no avail! What is the problem? I can log in to starbucks.com using other browsers...but not with Firefox!
