I received an email suggesting that I update my Firefox or I would lose syncing function. I have two computers. A fairly new iMac Ventura 13.6.8 running Firefox 123.0 64 bit which it says is up to date. But I also have an older iMac OSX 10.11.6 El Capiten running Firefox 78.15.0 ESR. I can't update the OS or Firefox on the old computer. So if I do nothing - will I still be able to sync on the newer Mac. I'm not too worried about the old one - I don't use it much for browsing - more for documents. Thank you. David Rimell

Unable to open this site from Mozilla on Mac book but it opens in safari. What may be the reason?

When I updated my MacOS Sonoma to Version 14.6.1, I was unable to open the Firefox App.

When I click on the icon the dot below shows that its active, but no windows appear. I tried doing "Show all windows", but the screen just says "No Available Windows".

I have latest version of FF and MacBook Pro 10.9.2. Recently had major keychain problems and worked a lot with Apple to solve them. Now all is well but…. I am now frequently asked to enter my master password when I am in FF; they has never happened before. For example, when I go to Amazon, a window opens asking for the master pw. In some cases, this is not a big deal because I can cancel the request and my keychain will get me into the site. In other cases, my keychain does not work if I cancel the request for the MPW and I have to enter my access information. I asked Apple support about this, and they said to contact you.

i just upgraded firefox for Mac OS to 115.23.0esr (64-bit) and now I cannot log in to my bank account from this desktop. Safari works on the iPhone but I NEED FIREFOX ON THE DESKTOP IMAC (Sierra 10.12.6) There seems to be NO INFORMATION ON YOUR "ASK A QUESTION" PAGE ABOUT THE UPDATE

Aliexpress.us will not load - Firefox cannot/will not redirect. Cleard cookies/catch, etc.- put exception for website in privacy. No change. Safari loads website just fine. Any ideas? OSX 15.2

When I login to amazon, it asks my user name (normal), then asks my password (normal), then when it sends a code to my phone, it freezes the entire browser and I have to force quit Firefox. Been happening a week, I've cleared history, run several programs (Malwarebytes and CCleaner-with normal results) and restarted my computer (Macbook Air running Sequoia 15.6.1). Any fix for this?

Hello, I am trying to login to my account on www.zazzle.com and use their site. Sometimes it will let me through and I can be on the site for about 20 minutes before a captcha comes up that says press and hold this button so we know you are not a bot. Well the button never works, it always errs out and gives me the message to please try again, and then locks me out of their site. I have tried clearing my cache and cookies, updating my browser, resetting the router, I don't have any VPN's, I have tried working in a private window, adding the website to the privacy exceptions, block pop up windows is unchecked, I am out of ideas, what do I do??

Hi, I wonder if someone can help me log into the KeyBank website. I keep getting this message: "Due to technical concerns, your current version of Firefox is no longer an option for KeyBank online banking. Nothing is wrong with your account. You simply need an updated browser – like the most up-to-date version of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox – to sign on to online banking." My MacOS is 10.13.6 (cannot go higher on this machine). Since update to 15.119.0esr, embedded map graphics are no longer showing. The map graphic sub-window instead shows "Sorry, we have no imagery here" in several places across the map. I am getting the same for multiple websites, including the location maps in Zillow.com . Google Maps works fine, and I think the problem is isolated to maps embedded in pages. Did not have this issue last week, prior to updating to 15.119.0esr. This is SO BAD that if it's not fixable, I want to revert to 15.118...

I'm running Firefox 115.18.0esr For a month now, tabs have crashed constantly. That is, *every single tab* crashes sooner or later and usually it's sooner. It's making Firefox unusable.

I know my desktop is old and my OS is considered obsolete, but still, I'm a fan of Firefox and want it to work. I'm running OS 10.13.6 (which I can no longer update) on a iMac mid-2011.

Any advice much appreciated.

I have a specific website that I have active in FireFox called myNoise.net. It allows me to generate background noise generators to cover-up the distracting noises from my neighbours when working at home on my desktop computer. The audio on the website worked the last time I opened Firefox ~2 July ... but today, when I opened the browser, the audio no longer works. I cannot get the website audio to load at all - I added the website to additional exception lists & shut down some content blocking extensions, but no joy. The website was already listed in multiple exception lists & I do not know or understand what change(s) occurred with the browser that would prevent this site from properly functioning - since it literally worked a week ago. I would appreciate any assistance and/or guidance with this issue, otherwise I will be eliminating Firefox as one of my browser options. I have provided a screenshot of the site that shows the perpetual "now loading" screen. Thank you.

When I try to access a movie or get further info by clicking the movie's pic, I get this message, despite deleting my cache and cookies, closing and opening Firefox, shutting and opening my MacBook. Any suggestions most appreciated!

I am unable to use Fidelity Investments using Firefox Version 134.00. Just says "Service Unavailable" this site always worked with Firefox in the past. No problem when I use Safari.. Anyone else having this problem.
