Hi. I've been having trouble with Firefox.

When I enter a certain website (https://app.helpwise.io/) using my PC, after a few minutes my internet connection gets disabled. When I try to run 'Diagnose Network Problems' in Win11, no issues.

First time this happened, a restart fixed the problem. Second time, a DNS flush fixed it. But after that, those solutions don't work anymore.

I initially thought it was that website (which I use for work) but I tried running that website on my Android phone using Firefox as well and I did not have any connectivity issues.

So, I tried running the website in Chrome - no issues. I did work side by side with Firefox opened as all my bookmarks for work are there, and eventually after a few hours my internet was disconnected again - even though https://app.helpwise.io/ was not opened in Firefox.

I have tried refreshing Firefox, then disabling all extensions and running https://app.helpwise.io/ and still it immediately disabled my internet.

There are some times that it even turned OFF my Avast anti-virus.

I have tried running Avast and Malwarebytes and no virus or malware was detected.

I still want to use Firefox and I'm now thinking of formatting my computer. But when I run Firefox again after formatting, I may have the same issue.

Can anyone help?

I have option turn on to open new tab for a new webpage. I want it to only open new tab for a new website, but not with ever webpage I look at at the same website. Can you help?

I use vertical tabs and the new tab group feature which allows you to assign a group heading for 1 or more tabs. When I right click on a tab I can create a new tab group. Below this option is a button labeled "Closed Groups". If I want to use one of these and check it, the tab I want to assign to it is closed and the group name is not listed in the sidebar. It seems the "Closed Groups" can no longer be used. There is no way to get rid of them and I end up creating duplicates as new tab groups with the same names. I want to either delete the Closed Groups or be able to reuse them. Any solution for this problem?

The Firefox Icon in the top left now has taken more space below it next to the bookmarks, and after closing and opening the browser, the Icon is now sharing space with my tabs. Not sure what caused it, disabling all extensions and themes did nothing. If I can't figure anything out from here I may try to reinstall Firefox entirely, would just rather not have to go through that and have to set everything up again.

Hello! Very new to Linux but got a new laptop and installed Ubuntu on it. I've run into some issues logging into sites (specifically iCloud) and somewhere I saw someone say they fixed it by installing Firefox via the .deb package rather than through snap, as it's installed by default. Following the installation instructions here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/install-firefox-linux#w_install-firefox-deb-package-for-debian-based-distributions-recommended I've run into a roadblock with adding Mozilla APT repository to sources.list. Copying the instructions for Trixie and newer, I've run into an issue where it's giving 'permission denied'. As I'm new to Linux, I'm not really sure what next step to take, short of just typing "sudo" everywhere to try to get it to accept it. Please assist! I would be grateful.

Hello, I'm running MacOS Sequoia 15.5 on a Mac Studio with Firefox version 143.0.1. Ever since I installed Adobe Creative Cloud, Firefox has been hanging on startup. The way I've found to temporarily resolve it is by closing the Creative Cloud software and manually killing the Creative Cloud Helper process, but I would rather not have to do this every time I start my computer. When Firefox is hanging, the 3 processes that use the most CPU are "fontd", "Firefox", and "Creative Cloud Helper". I would assume it's something to do with fonts, but I have no idea how to fix it.

My usernames and passwords stopped autofilling even though they are still stored when I check in the Firefox Preferences. I've tried all the troubleshooting tips I saw in the forum like uninstalling and reinstalling the browser application on my Macbook Pro.

Здавствуйте. Играю в браузерную игру в Мозила фаерфокс и все еще наблюдаю проблему самовольной перезагрузки вкладок. Я уже писал и описывал эту проблему но вы так ничего и не исправили. И вот сейчас я обновил Фаерфокс и снова эта проблема. Поблема вот в чем: Я играю в игру в полноэкранном режиме где идут или выполняются активные игровые действия, так же я делаю активные действия мышью. И вдруг браузер САМ выводит меня из полноэкранного режима, начинает обновлять вкладку с игрой. Из за этого весь игровой процесс прерывается и мне снова загружает игру! Честно сказать это уже надоело. Не возможно играть нормально, в любую минуту браузер начинает сам обновлять вкладки. Пишу вам второй раз, исправьте это. The scrollbar slider isn't displaying correctly. If I grab the screen, zoom in, and look very carefully, it is possible to see that the slider is a very slightly different darker shade of grey to the rest of the scrollbar, but it's almost impossible to see, so something is clearly not working properly here. The scrollbar should be highly visible as it's the most often-clicked control of the entire browser.

Before Firefox added Tabs, I added the Simple Tab Groups extension. How do I move the contents of my many STG tabs into Firefox tabs? Also, there are different colored boxes on my top bar, with my STG tabs, and hovering yields "Unnamed Group Expanded/Collapsed." are these FF tabs?

Hey everyone, I recently switched to Firefox and have been running into an issue: when I scroll down with my mouse wheel, the browser sometimes jumps back a page as if I had pressed the side mouse button.

I’ve tested my mouse in other apps and browsers, and the issue doesn’t appear anywhere else, it only happens in Firefox, which is confusing. I’ve tried looking it up but haven’t found a solution.

Has anyone else experienced this or know what might be causing it?
