When I click on Add-On Support it says Page Not Found. That's pretty basic. Screenshot attached. This is not a button/link for a specific add-on, it's for Firefox as a whole.

Additionally, when I use LastPass, the LastPass icon does not appear anywhere I can access it, which is a basic feature that works properly in Chrome. I use this add-on multiple times per day which makes it very difficult to use Firefox as my main browser because I can't do 2-clicks to get to my passwords, I have to go to lastpass.com and login to their website, even though the add-on is installed.

When I click on "Log in" to the top right of the page, it brings up statefarm.com's login page https://proofing.statefarm.com/login-ui/login?

My userid and password are pre-populated, thank you Firefox! So far so good.

But when I press the Login button, the page blinks to the Logout page, blinks again, and settles on the Logout page https://proofing.statefarm.com/login-ui/logout

Tried the same thing in Chrome, but this doesn't happen, and I am able to log in normally.

Hi there! How can I delete the "go back one page shortcut"? Every time I side-scroll while holding option I go back and this is interfering with another web-app.

I have a new computer with windows 11 and eset. eset used to open my browser to specif bookmarks for my banks and brokerage accounts. but not now. what is wrong. 127.0.2 and eset 17.2.7.0

I imported my bookmarks through an html backup but I dont see them on the bookmarks bar and when I sync my chrome browser data everything is all screwed up How can I import my chrome data minus bookmarks

Since the last update (I'm on 127.0.2) or at least very recently in the last 2 weeks, my tabs previously closed with Firefox as a whole that should open with Firefox, on start up, don't and I'm redirected to my homepage.

(I have tried finding help on other posts of the same nature but can't seem to make it work hence the new post.)

I have tried changing my homepage to verify it was redirecting me to it. It did. I have tried restarting my computer. Didn't work. I have tried disabling and re-enabling the options. Didn't work. I have tried all this on my work and personal computer. Same results. (They do not share the same settings)

I feel like Firefox opens my previous tabs, opens Firefox once again on the homepage and then closes the window with all tabs. I'm saying this because it happened 2 to 4 times that after I restart my computer, it opens 2 windows on 2 different windows desktops like I did when I worked before. (with the previously closed window on the second window opened...) Also, another reason for me to believe this is : the newly opened windows have a format which I used to open my second and third Firefox windows with that were very different from my first one (usually full screen).

I am lost at what I could try to do to fix the issue. I'm not sure how much of what I shared can help to find a solution so I tried to dump as much related info as I could.

Certain websites I use such as for cities, files will not show up in pop up download windows. Where as they will if I'm using chrome. I could not find anything in settings to adjust.

When Firefox opens up the address is typed in at top left in small print. The center bar is there, open, but if you click on it, while the cursor blinks, when you type in an address nothing appears as it does with Google Chrome which we have replaced with Firefox. My wife finds the top left print too small and wants me to go back to Google Chrome where she can read what she has entered. I cannot find anything, anywhere which will allow her to do this. We use Thunderbird and have made a few donations over the years. Hope you can help.

I subscribed to an educational series that includes several kinds of presentation, including MP3, PDF, and video. The videos do not work. Not at all. I was directed to try a different browser, which I did: microsoft edge. The videos play using that browser.

I MUCH prefer to use Firefox -- do not like anything microsoft, but here we are, trapped in bill gates' monopoly.

I looked at "settings" but was not able to see anything there I thought would allow these videos to play in firefox. Be advised, I am NOT a computer person, so anything you might suggest, please be very literal, specific and define any acronyms -- do not assume I know anything about this stuff, because I don't -- I do not speak computer.

Again, I MUCH prefer to use firefox so I am hoping you can help me to watch these videos in firefox. The website is Goodness Lover (weird name, I know) it deals with diet, microbiome research etc.

I log into my bank account. I can see and control my checking and savings pages normally. When I click on my credit card page all I get is a blank page with the message "Working on it" it worked fine but opened a little slow prior to 127.01 or 127.0. I'm not sure which version it started failing in. However, it all works fine in Brave as does YouTube. I don't want to switch browsers or have multiple browsers and I would prefer one that doesn't depend on Google but I also need to be able to depend on it. I am running win 11 on my new computer but my old computer and laptop are win 10 with Firefox 127.02 and my bank account sight works fine. The only problem is the YouTube problem and that's across all of my computers.

I see this is a known bug but this bookmark sidebar has suddenly started to appear on my desktop when ever I open Firefox and there seems to be no understandable method to turn it off although there are several arcane techniques that require me to go to weird places and change the names of files. No indication of what the unintended consequences of that might be. Is this something you can fix? Will the next update. This is really frustrating. Help please. So to be sure, I do not consider the challenge of getting into the pants of a program to fix a bug to be fun, exciting, interesting, etc. This is a tool and my browser is acting up. That is a pain in the butt not an adventure.
