Hello, I'm seeing silver-coloured shades on my facebook page after logging in with the firefox browser (see images). They fill all access tabs, my contacts' tabs, and also the spaces in the comment sections. They remain there as long as the page is loading up. And disappear whenever the page loading stops. I told the Facebook support about it weeks ago. But they still show on my facebook page, which makes me think that it might not be facebook related since I didn't see them on my same desktop with MS edge. This noshow on latter is what prompted me to think it might be browser related. That is why I'm turning to you guys. So can anyone help with this please ?

I tired to log into my FIREFOX account by my usual way which is tapping the logo. A new screen ask for permission to make changes to my FIREFOX website. although I said NO , it continued to install UPDATES and UPGRADES that I do not and that I am unable to undo.

I have tried to restore or or recover my former FIREFOX WEBSITE , BUT NOTHING SEEMS TO WORK. I think the changes are the the results of an AI takeover.

i switched from MICROSOFT EDGE to FIREFOX when things like this began to happen.

Please , help me retrieve my former FIREFOX website. I spend a lot of time on it, and I HATE the "UPGRADES?"!

I’m currently conducting a DevOps training session and we are using Firefox to inspect headers for a web app running inside a local Docker container (localhost:8080).

We've noticed that occasionally the 'Network' tab in DevTools fails to show the full response headers for our nginx proxy, even after clearing the cache. It works fine in other browsers, but I prefer using Firefox for our students because of the superior CSS Grid and Flexbox tools.

Is there a specific setting in about:config that might be limiting the capture of headers for local loopback addresses?

I started using a new laptop and when I receive emails through Outlook, the excel attachments won't open and I get a message saying that I don't have the pdf software. These are Excell files, not PDF. I've tried all the suggestions on-line but they still won't download as Excel files, only Firefox files.

Hello! Have a quick question concerning Firefox Themes. I have a rather large monitor (5120x1440). When I download a theme, the left quarter of the theme is a solid color (not theme related), see attached screenshot. Is this because the theme was made for small resolution? On February 22, my bank, (5/3.com), decided a transaction I was making using my debit card was suspicious and locked my account. I contacted them and informed them this was a legitimate transaction and they unlocked my account, and everything seemed to be alright, my card was working all seemed well. That is until I tried to log in and check my balance and I could not get in. I then contacted the bank customer service and spent over an hour with them attempting to resolve this issue to no avail. The person on the line suggested that I try another browser so I connected to Edge, entered my log in and password, (which is stored in my Mozilla), and it went right through which proved two things, my password and login were correct and the issue is with Firefox which is very odd to me since it has always worked perfectly as long as I have been with this bank. Again, this issue began when the bank lock my account and as a side note they did the same thing with my wife's account, she called and they unlocked her account and every thing works as before and she can still use her Firefox and gets right in to the same bank with no issues but not me. Again, this started on the date I provided above and I can use any other browser and I get right in with no problem but I am a loyal Firefox user and I want to only use Firefox so I hope you can assist me in resolving this aggravating issue!

Hello, on the 24th, I had opened a new tab to search something, like normal. It wasn't loading, so I closed my window of 20 or so tabs to reload the browser. When I reopened the browser, none of my tabs were there, and the "recently closed windows" option wasn't available in the three lines menu in the top-right of the browser page. I cannot search for all of these tabs individually in my history, as some of them were saved from many months ago. But I needed these tabs open to refer to them for work.

I saw a page describing how I could reload my last session from C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\khv448gm.default-release\sessionstore-backups, but those files had already overwritten with the session that didn't have any tabs. I looked through the "Previous Versions" tab in properties, but it only had previous versions of the folder from earlier that day, and not before I had closed the browser. I asked my IT department at work if they were able to load a previous version of the folder for me from before the 23rd, but they just redirected me to Mozilla support first.

My question is, is there any way I can restore all my old browser tabs? Or is there anywhere else I can look on my computer for locally stored previous sessions from before February 24th?

Since last week I am unable to properly use some websites that are failing due to CORS requests, but they were working before. Some examples are es.webuy.com or a local Jellyfin instance. After trying to enable/disable some settings that I thought could be related to the problem, like security levels, I ended up creating a new profile. In this new profile everything works, but as soon as I synchronize my Mozilla account, then these websites start failing again with CORS requests errors.

Any idea about what setting might it be the one causing problems? Or any idea about how can I debug/troubleshoot it myself?

I use a 2020-21 MacBook Pro. I ALSO use four different browsers for different types of things. Recently, ONLY IN FF have I been getting this little annoyance in the upper left-hand corner of the window when I open a new window. In don't get it anywhere else and cannot understand what a 'Cntrl-Click (Mac)' (right-click on that other platform) tells me about it. I WAS able to eliminate a SIMILAR nuisance about some sort of groups. The icon was a little box split into four sections. With both, the screen gets a white haze over it until clicking on the little box. . I have included a screen shot of the box in question. . Thanks in advance... .
