I have changed my email address. My old one is CLOSED. I am unable to make any changes to my current Mozilla account because I am sent a code to my CLOSED email. I have run in to this with other accounts before. It doesn't make sense!

I recently uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it directly from the microsoft store as it was very slow (probably due to not being updated) and I am sad to see all my bookmarks and important information is gone. Is there any way I can restore it? Thank you in advance.

Recently, in the past month or so, I have been having issues with my VPN addon Private Internet Access, my email provider Shortwave, and loading numerous websites. I tried troubleshooting it for a few weeks individually but it took a full Firefox refresh last week to get things working again. And it took only another week for everything to stop working again. The images in my emails are no longer loading (same issue as before), but they load in Gmail and I can download the emails properly, my VPN addon crashes and can't stay logged in same as before, and websites such as Nextdoor (I hate the drama but love the free goods) won't load the items for sale same as before.

I don't want to have to refresh every week, especially since I this is the computer I use for work and the amount of things I have to log back into is insane.

Firefox is not asking where save downloaded files. I have the checkbox checked which indicates it should ask every time. I also followed some instructions on here about going to the about:config page and changing a setting to false, but that didn't do anything.

No, They are Blocking me the only way I can watch it is in troubleshooting mode, AND HAVE disabled the adblockers'.

Clicking on Firefox icon to log in I receive following message and gray screen. firefox.exe - Entry Point Not Found " The procedure entry point Flush could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\xul.dll." Followed by another pop-up. "Could not load XPCOM" There was an automatic up-date several days ago and I have had this problem ever since. Is there a fix?

I like to save things and later go back and watch on Facebook. Lately I can not save anything. But I am able to save on my I Phone. Have I messed up my settings some way?

Recently I started receiving Firefox alerts when I attempt to use my ActivClient CAC login See Figure _01. Entering my CAC pin into the ActivCLient dialog and everything works fine (see FIgure_02). But I can't figure out wht the alert notice is telling me or why it has started all of a sudden.

Every birthday I reset my pc too have a nice fresh start. well today I reset my pc and I went to login in and the password is wrong I don't know why it is but it is. I did sign in through google and that worked but it wont let me get back all my stuff without the password (even though im signed in through google?) please help

Once Firefox was updated to the latest version nothing worked anymore.

No changes to the Settings were saved. Keeps loading the Mozilla page even after I changed to google.ca. Rebooted, restart the browser, etc. Nothing works. Changing the security settings restart the browser then it won't connect to the web.

Everything worked perfectly with the previous version. As soon as it upgraded nothing worked properly anymore.

Tried to go back to 118 but it keeps updating.

Using a very old version right now to be able to connect (56.0.2) and told it NOT to update.

I've been noticing a consistent issue specifically with Firefox causing my mac to black screen/shutdown involuntarily.

It happens specifically when I use the zoom-in function on firefox web pages (the pinch zoom).

Other times when it doesn't black screen, firefox would sometimes have this pixelated appearance (basically random squares interspersed around a web page at times) after I try zooming in.

Anything I could do to help prevent this problem?

II'm using Win 10 Pro and am having an issue with adding new FF profiles.

I have a shortcut icon in the (bottom) Win 10 taskbar. I've created new FF profiles with unique names and paths, etc. But when I open FF as one of those profiles the open window(s) "attach" to an icon / shortcut in the taskbar, even tho' that icon / shortcut has a completely different target (i.e., path for starting FF).

I don't want windows from Profile New 1 or Profile New 2 to look as if they are for Profile Icon_in_the_Taskbar.

I hope this makes sense. I've created profiles in the past and didn't run into this problem so perhaps it's me. But I also don't believe I'm doing anything different than before.

I haven't been using Firefox for awhile since i lost my old laptop and phone (to be exact its 4 years or so) and now im back on using it, but i was unable to log in to this exact account at first since this what was prompted when i try to use my password (image one), i did try ask for a password recovery which the same error appeared but for some weird reason after trying it on the mobile version it let me use the google login and im able to get access to it. but it still wont let me change password, add passkey or add 2FA. is this some weird issue going on or am i missing an email or something??

Built in PDF reader is showing blank and then prompting to close firefox -

Please help I am support a company who are really big on Firefox and love the built in PDF reader feature but recently when they open files they show blank and you ar then requested to close Firefox.

Any ideas of what the problem could be?

He has the latest version of Firefox from today I can see there was an update 2 days ago and there where some new features on the reader could this be the reason?

I use Spanish/English dictionaries. I also use Web sites in English and in Spanish. I want spellcheck to detect the language and enable the proper spell check. I always had that ability in Safari, for example.
