I cannot load certain webpages including gmail and various others frequently used suddenly without any changes made on my end. It just doesnt finish loading the page but I can access all of the pages on any other web browser just not firefox anymore. I deleted the cache of cookies and that's about it as I am not tech savvy at all and have set up nothing personalized or special. Please help I have literally no recourse at all here.

From last couple of days, I cannot change on jira tool status of ticket, or workflow. It gives me error: XSRF Security Token Missing. This is not happening on other browsers. My IT guys told me to use other browser. which I find unacceptable. You can see log in uploaded image.

I cannot view my emails in Yahoo or YMAIL. I get a blank shite sceen w/black bar at top which contains mostly advertisement and news-related subjects. I can see that I have unread emails. This showed up about 3 days ago without any causal event.

If I use EDGE, I can view the emails, so I figure it must be a Firefox browser glitch. I love Firefox, so would love to fix it, so Idon't have to use other browsers.

Firefox works perfectly for my Netzero and Gmails.

I get this when I click through on an email from AliExpress... It's not the link as It works (Copy & Paste) in both Chrome & Edge.

J'ai un bug d'affichage quand j'ouvre INFOMANIAK MAIL sur une page Firefox. Le chargement de la page fonctionne , mais la page et entièrement noire. J'ai essayer de me connecter via GOOGLE CHROME ou EDGE et la page fonctionne normalement. Je suppose donc que le problème vient de Firefox. I have a display bug when I open INFOMANIAK MAIL on a Firefox page. The page load works, but the page is completely black. I tried to connect via GOOGLE CHROME or EDGE and the page works normally. So I guess the problem is with Firefox. Could you tell me where I can file a bug report? Thanks for your help, and good luck ☺

Starting this morning I am no longer able to access my banking site with Firefox. My current version of FF is 133.0.3 for 64 bit Windows 11. I could access it yesterday. Looking at the support on this, I see that this has been a problem with Firefox for quite a while. I can access my bank with Chrome (although I don't trust Chrome) so why not FF? I haven't changed any settings. What set this blockage off and how can it be eliminated. If a setting needs to be changed, please tell me what it is and how to fix it.

I recently went to charity websites to make a donation, but it does not go through. I put in credit card information, but the 'donate' button does not respond. I tried more than one credit card.

McAfee WebAdvisor extension has stopped working on Firefox. It works normally on Microsoft Edge. I've always used Firefox and rely on seeing those green ticks when searching through Google. Why doesn't it work on Firefox anymore?

Hi, When I access my bank account on my main PC running Firefox when the screen opens up on the page to enter login details the screen greys out. If I use Google Chrome on my main PC I can access the login. If I use my laptop using Firefox I can access the login. I have compared both Firefox settings on my main PC and Laptop and they appear to be the same. What can be done to allow access please. John

When I tried to login to My Social Security it said I do not have access to that account so I contacted Social Security for help and they determined that it was the Firefox browser and asked me to open Microsoft Edge and try to login and that worked perfectly. Why is Firefox preventing me from logging into Social Security.

I can't login to etsy with facebook login. The box is grey and it says facebook will track activity. How can I login and have my facebook-based history? I guess I want to bypass the privacy blocker on the login with Facebook.

This is the second time I have put this forward. Using Firefox on Windows 10, I am unable to view yahoo emails. I get a white screen with a black bar across the top. Yahoo will tell me I have "5 unread messages". If I go into Yahoo using Edge, I can view the emails (which is why I think it must be a Firefox problem, but I may be mistaken. The one response was to empty the cache and such, which I have done and it doesn't help. Does Firefox not empty its cache each time I leave the site?

If this is a Firefox/Yahoo interactive problem, I apologize - it may be something about Yahoo. I have wandered all over their support sections though, without finding a potential solution.

I added fiber to my internet, since then my fire fox, which is my main browser, will not let me pay my bills on certain credit card sites, but i am able to pay these cards on chrome. Why!!!

Up until about six weeks ago, I could access a provider statement through a function on USAA.com bill pay service. I now see an empty pop up screen or an error message that the page is not available. I tried suspending use of the VPN without success, then tried another browser (Chrome) and the function is available. Is this a settings issue or something else? My preference is to use Firefox as a browser.

I can only open 2 tabs while using my Seeking Alpha financial program on Firefox browser. If I try to open a 3rd tab the Seeking Alpha program will not open. This issue just started within the past few days and doesn't occur when using Seeking Alpha program on MS Edge browser. Hopefully you can fix this problem quickly otherwise I will have to start using Edge as my default browser.

Sound and picture do not sync

Sound and picture do not sync when I stream TV using Firefox 133.0.3 64bit, but works perfectly with Edge and Chrome. Sad because Firefox is my favorite browser, so I hope you can help me solve this problem. My PC Intel I7 24gb RAM internet download speed 150gb

I'm having trouble getting AOL, my homepage. When I log on to Firefox, I have an instant load to AOL. It doesn't load and I see files waiting to download in the lower left corner of the screen, but they don't. I have no problem with Microsoft Edge performance but haven't tried to access the homepage. Any suggestions?
