This is the first time reaching your support because i never had any issue with any of your products ( I mainly use firefox as a browser for pc(ubuntu) but also on android devices).

I am writing you this email to express my gratitude and happiness for being a faithfull user since your debut(at least since when i had internet and a pc in the old days :D)

I really loved your professional attitude. I really learned alot from YOU. I really love you.

Plz continue your greate ACTIONS( at least this is what i think) and don't let the giants of internet ( i won't name any company so they don't sue me hhhh) try to confuse use or steal your faith in the "STRONG COMMUNITY".

YOU KNOW WHY BECAUSE ALL THESE giants BETRAYED MY EXPECTATIONS (at least the major ones that i know) BUT ONLY ONLY ONLY ONE PRODUCT NEVER BETRAYED MY EXPECTATIONS !!!

It loads a blank page and nothing else.

Using Outlook Webmail on Firefox, I used to be able to drag attachments to my outgoing email to attach them. Now when I drag an attachment, I get a no symbol. This just started last week. I thought it might have been a new protocol with webmail, however I tested this on Chrome and dragging and dropping attachments to webmail still works there. Any idea why this started and how to fix it?

For the last two days and multiple times loading the firefox browser, it has taken about five minutes for the browser to load on our Dell Inspiron desktop, running Windows 11. Nothing happens for about one minute, then the spinning blue circle appears, then firefox starts to load, then the screen goes back to the desktop, then a black screen appears, then some white rectangles start to appear across the top of the screen, then the screen goes back to desktop, then back to the black and white top-of-browser window that is still trying to load, and then finally after the five minutes, our home page loads. However, clicking on a bookmarked website, or typing in a website in the address bar results in a 2-3 minute wait for that site to load. And this happens time after time with the computer still on, and also startup after startup. If this should continue for a few more days, we will start using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, and also cancel our subscription to Mozilla VPN. This cannot continue!

My firefox sometimes open tabs as it was before but sometimes it opens new session or session I had about month ago. That session even have my month back history,but not actual. Sync have no affect at all

Hello I want to use my extensions but I cant access them. Usually they appear at the bar at the top of the browser, but as of recently I can't use my Add-ons. If you look at the image I shared you will see where the Add-ons should be. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

AdFender no longer blocks ads since I installed Firefox version 99.0. My copy of AdFender is not an add on. Three years ado, I installed AdFender as a stand alone program and let AdFender link to my browser when I open my browser. Up to now, updates to Firefox have not affected this arrangement.

I still have Explorer 11 installed and AdFender is still working correctly when I use Explorer as my browser.

Please, please!, a SHORTCUT to switch "override page colors" between ALWAYS & NEVER. Please!.

Make this simple change implies: 1)Click on three horizontal bars icon 2)Click on Settings 3)A bit scroll down 4)Click on "Colors" 5)Click on override colors bar 6)Click on "always" OR "never" 7)Click on "Acept" 8)Click on close Settings tab.

7 clicks and 1 scroll down.

Please, PLEASE!, a shortcut!, a quick, light, smart shortcut to avoid this mess, this annoying process when we need see pages dark or light, when we work at daylight or at night.

Please, a shortcut, a hotkey, a quick keyboard combination to never ever see that menu again and repeat all that process again.

Hello, i don't know what happen to my Firefox account i used it last night and i on my pc today to find out i'm log out i tried login it says wrong password which i change the password then i find out all my information is gone including all my save password.

I'm using Firefox 99 snap for Ubuntu 21.10. Google Docs defaults to the Arial font. After some period of Firefox being open the Arial font option disappears and all Arial fonts are replaced by Sans Serif. The Arial font in Chrome does not go away. Restarting Firefox bring Arial back.

Any idea what could cause this and what can I do to try and fix it?

All of a sudden when searching images, whether using Duckduckgo I used to be able to click on an image then it opens in a separate browser window. I could right click on the image and had a sub menu flyout where I choose "copy image". Now I'm getting a small skinny vertical box opening within and over lapping the photo instead of the sub menu so now I can't copy the image. Here's a screenshot. I've never had this happen before.

I want it to troubleshoot my computer freezing with every web browser, so i decided to install firefox in another drive with more space in my computer, so before uninstalling firefox i decided to make an account to save all my bookmarks in which i did and everything seems ok. When I uninstall firefox and install it through the other hard drive I decided to log to my firefox account so I can download all my previous saved bookmarks, but when I hit the 3 horizontal parallel lines icon in the top right corner I see the sign in button but it only take me to create an account and not sign in. After a few tries to find help in the website and trying to chat with someone in which it seems that option is not available i decided to make an account with the same email and password and it let me. So for my understanding so far, somehow I lost all of that data, or didn't I?

When I click on my Firefox, a purple page with a search box and underneath says

"Private window: Firefox clears your search and browsing history when you close all private windows. This doesn’t make you anonymous. Learn more "

What I normally would get is a page with all of my saved sites and pocket articles underneath.

I want this page back but can't get rid of the purple page.

Also, I tried to take a screen shot of the page but my screen shot icon is faded.

Trying to login to The coin supply store website I enter user name and password. Click login button and it appears that the login may work but then it comes back to the login screen. I use lastpass password manager which auto fills user name and password. I tried to manually enter both and have the same result.

If I use Edge or Brave both login with no problem. I have tried safe mode in Firefox, same result. I removed cache and cookies, same result. I refreshed Firefox and tried again, same result. Finally I uninstalled Firefox using Revo uninstaller. I looked for any left over folders and did not find any. Rebooted system, and downloaded Firefox. Performed a clean install of Firefox. Tried to login to website and had the same result. Even though it is only Firefox having the problem I turned off AV and firewall, same result.

I am now using version 99 of Firefox and it still will not login. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is unbelivable in my opinion. I have lost my last session after updating the Firefox. I hve used Firefox more than 10 years. I am a researcher at a university. My last session is so valuable because I spent weeks to reach some academic sources and articles. And all of those were opened as different pages in my last session. Normally, I have "restore my session after every closing/opening the Firefox setting. However, after the last update, this feature did not worked and I have lost the session. I am waiting to hear solutions from responsible people. If this problem would not solve, I will share my story with everyone I can reach.
