I don't know if it is a wrong manipulation or an update feature, but since today when i select a link in the history library, it is now highlighted with big yellow dotted borders instead of the usual subtle black/white single pixel sized dots. How to revert back to the small borders?

Ever since installing firefox on a new pc, I've had the problem where I would click a link or enter a url, and sometimes (not always, about 20% of the time), the page will not load (there is a loading symbol but no page shows up), then it stops loading after about 10-20 seconds and there is no page (when I enter a url from a new tab, there is just a blank tab, when I click a link on a webpage, I just remain on the webpage), but when I re-enter the url or re-click the link, it does work. So happens for all links of the website I'm trying to visit.

To summarize: I click a link, and sometimes it loads for 10-20s and then just stops, and when I click again, it works.

Dear Sir I went to an organization on 21/03/2022 for assistant on an issue, in processing the matter I need to open my yahoo mail box for the relate documents within my mail. A lady who assistant me use her lap top computer to open my mail box - I enter my pass word, then a window camp up to asked if I want to save my pass word (with dark color) or not,(with gray color) I was in a stage of rush I just click on right top Conner 'x' she took her computer to other room ( in where I can not see ) I was too naive and don't know if all of my mails had been read by them? - It is my privacy. When I got home I was worried and at next day I changed my yahoo mail pass word. As my pass words are saved within Firefox when I want to open a site it is auto fill the pass word. 1: Is my pass word will saved in that lady's computer? 2: Although I have changed my yahoo mail pass word is it safe? Can that lady able to get to Firefox to see my saved pass word and open my email box? - explore all my emails? Please help I am really worried. I look forward to hearing form you soon. Thank you. Hi everyone,

Up until the latest FF release, opening an .ics (calendar file) link defaulted to the OS's preferred application; in my case Outlook. Now, every time I click on an .ics link FF asks where I want to save the file. I schedule ZOOM meetings all day and heavily rely on this feature.

I tried looking in FF's Files and Applications section in settings and .ics is not even listed as a file extension. I don't know how to add it.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

It has recently come to my attention that Mozilla may not continue to support Firefox browsers installed on Windows 7 computers after Jan. 2023, when the extended support for Windows 7 ends. Is that correct?

Will Firefox continue to work, but not receive security updates after that date?

Will Firefox still work on a Windows 7 computer that gets patches from 0Patch?

When I am watching a TV stream on my PC; when I hover on (some) pictures or videos, a supremely annoying pop-up url appears at the bottom of my screen. I have some learning problems and can not figure out the 'userChrome.css' method. I can not work with long streams of multiple overlapping instruction. I am not tech savvy. I do not understand 'layers' and stuff like that. I can do the 'about:config' thing, if anyone knows whether or not if I can fix it from there, I would be eternally grateful. Thanks.

Unfortunately, I downloaded “SaveFrom.net Helper” without reviewing it.

Since downloading it I have been receiving a alerts from “McAfee WebAdvisor” about “dangerous pages blocked”.

I was able to remove the “SaveFrom.net Helper” add on in Firefox, but am unable to remove the “Savefrom.net Helper” bookmark tab which has high jacked my normal Firefox Bookmarks.

I can no longer easily see my Firefox Bookmarks and have to keep opening the Firefox Application Menu, then select Bookmarks, then select Manage Bookmarks in order to see my bookmarks.

Can you please advise how I can safely remove the “SaveFrom.net Helper” bookmark tab which has high jacked my Firefox Bookmarks.

Hi, new updates on Version 98.0.1 quite a hassle for me. It auto-download all my files even when I just want to view. Is there any other way to disable this feature? I opened Setting>Download but there is no disable button or checkbox for that. Please help me. Thank you in advance.

I am in the process of moving all of our passwords into 1Password. However, I discovered that my wife has her Firefox set to auto login, but can't remember her user name and password. So, although she can use it, she can't change update the password. The fact that on setup, auto login is the default makes this doubly frustrating. So, is there any way to get to the password?

I've used gmail (with multiple email accounts) on Firefox for many, many years. I switch back and forth between my email accounts daily.

In the past few weeks, though, when I try to switch from my primary account to the others, it just defaults back to the primary. I've purged the cache, I've signed out and signed in. This does not happen on Chrome, just Firefox, which is why I've brought it here.

If I change the URL of the mailbox

to

https://mail.google.com/mail/u/1/#inbox

It will take me to another mailbox. I can then change that number to get to the others. But it shouldn't be that way. So ... what is going on? How do I fix it?
